What a superb company to deal with - outstanding customer service. Our granddaughters much loved dolls house needed some spare parts and although this model is no longer made they supplied what was required at no cost by return.
All companies serving the retail market could learn such a lot on how to provide excellent customer service from Le Va You

I love this company. All toys are beautifully made from wood and the attention to detail on each toy is absolutely stunning.

Their customer service is excellent. They replaced a few broken parts from my granddaughters Palace Dolls House that had been eaten by their new puppy! I can’t thank them enough.

I can't recommend Le Toy Van highly enough.
The products are top quality and beautiful in themselves but my recent experience of Their customer service has been amazing.
My grandson's workbench had lost a couple of parts so I reached out to see if it is possible to buy replacements. After two really positive emails the missing parts were delivered to me within a week.

The Cherry Tree Lane doll’s house we bought from a different company had some damage, which was such a shame as it is a beautiful and well made house. Le Toy Van were very helpful and sent replacement parts. The furniture for the house is lovely and also very well made. We bought the doll family from Le Toy Van. They are a great size for our granddaughter to play with. This was all an excellent purchase.

Absolutely amazing customer service received..
Our pirate ship had a broken mast,
It's a couple of years old,
However without question they replaced the mast when i enquired if they had one and sent it free of charge..
Replaced within a few days with excellent customer service from Laura.

We ordered the Le Toy Van Cherry Tree dolls house and when it arrived there was significant damage to the box and pieces inside, caused during transit. We had ordered the dolls house through a Le Toy Van stockist and couldn't get the issue resolved. I contacted Le Toy Van directly and their service was nothing short of exceptional. They liaised with the stockist, issued us with a brand new dolls house and kept us constantly updated with the progress.
Their response to the situation shows how much they care about their products and the customers experience.

Really great wooden pullback cars that can go really fast and seem very well made.

Best pullback cars I have ever buyed really go with a wizzzz.

Great designs and interesting products and seem be very well made from what I have buyed.

Only down side they use stickers on some the cars which a child can easily take off.

Part from that really good quality for the price.

Highly recommend there pull back cars.
