Very slow delivery after ordering on 12th Dec. No status updates.
Poor customer service experience after emailing a few days before Christmas about status (20th). They replied and said 'yes, your delivery is due today, hopefully you get it before Christmas'. No tracking id, no more detailed information so I could decide on whether to buy substitute gifts. Disappointing. It never arrived and hasn't been sent yet as far as I can tell. Will cancel order and won't use again.

Bad experience with Keratin Behandling. Lets deal should allow reviews like Amazon after every deal or product.
I bought a Kertain behandling at MR Hair Style Gothenburg and it was really bad quality. The results are supposed to stay atleast for 4 months and even 7-8 months but mind went away after 1st wash. I hoped lets deal allows or adds a review section along with all deals so that the buyer can check before buying and the Sellers remain responsible for service they deliver.
