Currently, some providers do not support AED purchases due to local compliance restrictions and limitations with banking integrations in the UAE. In addition, the availability of certain operations (buy/sell) may vary by coin, region, and payment method.
For example, users may have different withdrawal or deposit options such as cards, SEPA, bank transfers, Apple Pay, or Google Pay – but not all methods are available for every currency or country.

Very bad exchange service. Yesterday I exchanged ZEC to Usdt(eth) through the platform. It has been 12 hours now, but there is no progress. I asked the customer service staff and they told me that this exchange was conducted through a third party on a large scale (larger exchange). The contact efficiency is very poor and the speed is very slow. Now I still haven't received my USDT.
Update: I just received my coins, but the exchange took almost 53 hours. Also, the exchange rate I got was the price when the exchange was created, and the increase during this time did not allow me to get the latest rules, which made me lose about $120. Very bad, I vowed not to experience such a memorable exchange again
