the worst customer support I have ever experienced. After 30 emails they did not solve my incredibly basic question, I am just in total awe of such a level of incompetence

I have given a free Visa assessment.but where I find the message of my Visa verify?

Visa done ! My daughter's Australian citizenship has been confirmed in 5 days and her naturalization certificate arrived last week.

I filled out a visa assessment last year which I was informed I qualified for but was advised to wait as I wasnt ready to move. But then no longer received responses to my messages.

I'm now ready, I filled out a visa assessment and never received a reply. I couldn't find a contact email on their website so I'm hoping someone will respond to this comment.

Alex was amazing from start to finish. Every question I had he answered straight away and put my mind at rest during what seemed like a really daunting process.

Everything was broken down into smaller manageable sections, allowing us to complete the process very quickly and efficiently.

I would not hesitate to recommend let go global to anyone. Fantastic company to deal with!!

Alex is excellent. Words cannot describe how satified and happy I am that I had the luck that he picked up my case. We not over yet with the whole process but I'm sure we will get there with Alex expertise.
He knows exactly what to do, what information we need, answers all questions( even multiple times if needed), reassuring, encouraging. He is a professional, down to earth, strait to the point.
I must say that I regret that I did not met him first, rather than with that company who was sitting on my papers over 1 year and when I had my English test and all documents they just said that no longer can help me with the application ,but took my money.

At the moment my wife and I are in dispute with them. We have a phone number no one answers and an email no one responds to.
No where on there website is a business address or business number.
Their complaints procedure said to use their Facebook page but there is no way to complain.
We are currently going through trading standards to try and resolve the matter.

Update as of 30/11/18 we have had zero from the main company however the agent we initially went through has sent us an email trying to distance himself from this company.
Use at your own peril.
Further update. I had someone reach out to me yesterday with the same issue.
I wonder if there are any more of you out there.
Please research and look at an article written by the mirror a little while back.
Update 5/12/18 my review was taken down as it was reported by the company, I am overjoyed that trustpilot have reviewed it and said there is nothing wrong with my review.

Update 10/12/18 LGG reported my review again.
We have started to receive emails from them claiming they will embargo my benefits. Thing is they were never told that I receive benefits.

As you can see they have replied to my post.
However at no point did we get to application stage, so the Australian government had nothing to do with it.

George was fantastic!

His knowledge and experience ment he was able to explain things in full and preempt next steps. He remained committed to getting a postive result until the very end and stayed in constant contact which helped keep me motivated and focused.

If I could give him 10 stars I would! I'd definitely recommend Let's Go Global they are a great company that get the result you want quickly and efficiently!

I would recommend using let’s go global, I first contacted them, when I was looking at different emigration agency’s. I decided to go with them because of George Mcdonald, he was very reassuring on the phone and completely understood why my family and I wanted to emigrate to Australia, he made me feel at ease.
During the whole process I was in contact with George Mcdonald, he answered my questions, settled my anxieties and offered encouragement.
I want to thank George for all his help in ensuring we got our visas, we are now making plans to start our new adventure!

From Day 1 when I first contacted George McDonald through Lets go global about applying for a Skilled 189 visa for Australia, he was so helpful and always had time for questions and to reply to emails if I was ever unsure on certain documents, photos etc I required.
Soon as the paperwork side of the the visa was complete he was quick to get me to book my practical exam so we could speed up the process.
Thats me on my way to Aus after passing my IELTS test so just waiting for the 189 permenent visa to come through now.

When we'd first approached the visa process it was with wide eyed enthusiasm and the optimism of ignorance, thinking we could do it all ourselves. Thankfully, at around the point we were about to give up all hope, we stumbled across George at Let's Go Global and have felt nothing but reassured, supported and looked after since. Naturally skeptical people, we weren't sure if it was 'worth' going through an agent, but I'd advise anyone going through the process to get that help, and get it from Let's Go Global. The support, day and night, peace of mind and genuine compassion from everyone we dealt with was outstanding. I am writing this review from our new home in Australia; there were times when we felt like we'd been waiting an eternity, but in the stressful world of immigration, if we had to do it all over again, we'd do it with George. A huge thank you to helping us start our lives together in Melbourne.

After researching many agents I felt reassured and supported by Lets Go Global. I like the fact that the consultation was exactly that. Not a sales pitch but a real discussion about my situation and chances. George wouldn't even discuss money until he was sure of my qualifications and even when he did I was happily surprised. I had spoken to numerous migration agents, and all of them had said the same thing and tried to convince me to part with my money as, according to them, it was pretty much guaranteed we would be eligible for a visa.

I felt uneasy at the talk of me parting with a large amount of money, when I suspected our application wouldn't be so straightforward; all I wanted was a little honesty!

I then spoke to Steve; he promptly got back to me and was completely open and honest about our situation.
No mention of money, just a crystal clear conversation that left me feeling reassured. It was a totally different experience to the conversations with previous agents.
