Very very poor service.
I am not sure whom to blame but I orders one of their products which was pre paid and their delivery partner is not delivering it. It is most likely that they won't deliver even though pin point location was given. What more pathetic is their service. They just give same reply saying matter has been escalated. My suggestion not to buy from their website because their courier partner sucks.
