What a fantastic experience working with Let's Move Conveyancing! We were recommended them by our mortgage advisor and we were not disappointed! I loved the portal where all the documents were stored and used as a task list for everything that needed our attention. They are easy to contact, great to talk to, are quick in their responses back and don't speak in jargon. We haven't moved house in over 25years but both Lucy and Gary were there to answer our 'stupid' questions with humility and compassion every time. Our house went on the market on the 11th March and 11 weeks later, we'd completed and moved in. Our estate agents and friends are all amazed at how fast and smooth the process was. We have and will continue to recommend this firm to anyone. Thank you guys!!

As a first-time buyer I had no prior experience of working conveyancing solicitor so I went through all the companies on TrustPilot and selected Lets Move Conveyancing due to their consistently high quality reviews.
My experience was great - Lets Move is efficient and professional and, when comparing to other solicitors, their fees are very competitive - what they quoted me up front was exactly what I paid on exchange - there were no hidden fees or unexpected charges whatsoever.

Everything was super smooth and fast, Rebecca was awesome. From offer in to keys in hand within 2 months and that’s only because we delayed for a few weeks due to a colourful surveyor report of the property.

After a bad solicitor experience with a failed purchase prior to our experience with LMC, we really felt that in order to find the motivation to pursue a new property we needed a different solicitor who would take much of the stress out of our hands - we absolutely found that with LMC!

From the moment of instruction right through to completion LMC went above and beyond to ensure everything within their control was as smooth sailing as it could possibly be. As first time buyers there were many questions we had, and Charlotte and Janet specifically made us feel that there was no question too small/big to ask, breaking everything down into a way that made everything feel very clear and consequently a lot less daunting.

Particularly for first-time buyers we cannot recommend LMC highly enough. It goes without saying that buying your first home is a daunting experience, that inevitably comes with hurdles at times, this is where you really cannot put a price on having a solicitor like LMC to turn to and trust to take much of the stress out of your hands - this was our experience entirely and cannot thank them enough!
