Moving made easy

So glad we went with this company for the purchase of our first home! Gary, Lucy, and the team worked so hard to get us moved in as soon as possible, they got back to our emails so quick and even completed our sale 4 hours earlier than expected. Couldn’t be happier with the experience we had here and I would definitely recommend using this company. Gary, in particular went above and beyond, the sellers solicitors for our property weren’t the best and he even chased up some documents directly from the house developer which was the sellers solicitors responsibility (it was a 2nd hand new build), so that we wouldn’t have even more delays. He kept us up to date with outstanding documents so we knew where everything was up to.

We had the fantastic Rachel as our solicitor on our first house purchase and it was such a smooth process. She got back to us so speedily whenever we asked for an update, managed speaking to the other solicitors so promptly so we were always kept in the loop. I’ve heard horror stories on what can happen on the legal side but Rachel really showed us the right way it should all be handled!
