Mark is highly experienced and really knows his stuff. He was very generous with his time and gave me an excellent overview showing exactly what, how, and why to do specific things and also what not to do. He also showed me some useful tools and gave me instructions for what would be good to do next to grow my business.

Mark gave me some really great guidance on the build of our Website, he really knows his stuff and it was a pleasure to talk with him.

It hurts to leave a bad review but some of us deserve .
After a long conversation with Mark i decided to upgrade my website with them.
Once they start working everything seemed fine and went according to plan, my vision was clear and Mark reassured me that everything will be done, before launching the updated website i asked for couple of things to be reviewed from their side and what we agreed on the phone did not look liked and i asked to be reviewed again, i was told by Mark that he will meet up with his team and come back to me , the reply i had was nothing i expected and what was agreed on the phone.
I called on few occasions no reply i sent email no reply .
My advice is do n0t pay full amount unless you have agreed and liked the preview .
Very disappointing that my phone call was ignored so the email.

Very happy with the social media training delivered by Mark. We had a full day's training on the different platforms that we use for our business and Mark was excellent. He really got to understand what we do and why which helped him make the training very bespoke to our business.
