They are not even worth a star.
1. Poor customer service, have to send chasers to get answers.
2. Do not allow exchange/refund. Customer service gives all the cocks and bulls story which are totally irrelevant.
3. The colours and quality are not the same as advertised. LOWEST QUALITY I HAVE EVER SEEN.
4. They still dare to charge at USD. Quality does not even worth USD3.

PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THEM.

Not worth one star. Letspants trouser leggings!!! They were delivered and didn’t fit. Poor quality. They didn’t want me to return them but give them to a friend. Stalling tactics - I returned them to the return address in Middlesex on their packaging only to find out it wasn’t the address.... they later gave me a China address!! By this time my packages has been signed for by a logistics /freight company in companies house!!! Waste of money. Awful customer service

APPALLING.. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE ADVETRISED ITEMS . THE STYLE IS DIFFERENT TO THE PICTURES IN THE AD, THE MATERIAL IS THE THINNEST CHEAPEST T SHIRT MATERIAL IT IS POSIBLE TO FIND. Awful company. Sent my order to the wrong address and refused to send to correct address. I sent screenshots of the order with the correct address. A screenshot with the tracking email with correct address. A screenshot when I actually tracked with the WRONG address. They said I needed to contact the post office. Mind you, this package was sent to a home different state. Second package this happened with. They essentially stole my money and refused to support. I emailed everyday with no solution, refund or package sent to proper address.

Terrible company. The quality is horrible and they will just cease communication if you want to return something.

it is a scam shop, they rip you off at purchase, making mistakes deliberately so that you end up paying more, deliver crappy quality and when you want to return - you have no chance as everything is made and shipped from China! When having issues with size of quality, they also don’t care and don’t want to reimburse. The post-support is inexistent and so bad that would drive you mad. Don’t buy here - there are so many great shops to buy from, but this is not one of them. 🤢🤮

Absolutely horrible pants! They were nothing like the pants pictured, cheaply made with strings hanging everywhere. The photos on the website are of cute leggings and these are nothing like them at all. They're ugly and fit horribly. Never again with this garbage! Do not buy!

Terrible customer service, one faulty item and all items in giant sizes, not nicely fitted as they show in those photos. They have been ignoring me for days since I told them I'm not happy with the clothes and I want to exchange them for a smaller size. They said to gift them to friends or family and offered me a 5$ credit for the damaged item which i paid $22! They also must have blocked my address on their website, so that I cannot post any review! No wonder why all the website reviews are positive!! That's so illegal!

The product is not as described. My pants arrive with 2 different leg lengths. There is no response from customer service or emails associated with request for help.

Absolute garbage company!! You think you order nice, trendy, sexy clothes at a “discounted price” and a month or more later they arrive and you get what looks like cheap Awkward Halloween costumes from the dollar store or the size is all wrong or Color is the wrong one etc etc, I could go on and don’t bother trying to contact them when you’re unsatisfied because there’s no phone number and they don’t respond to emails for bad product, exchanges or refunds 🤮😭😢. #spent over $400 Canadian for trash a toddler could make and probably did. I ordered 10 items (as they reel you in with added discounts) and there was a problem or major problems with 9 of them. Shame on me for being a Facebook sucker and not doing my homework 😡 Also, discovered that the same company is advertised across many different names. Same junk, different jokers

Ordered a pair of trousers, when they arrived they looked absolutely nothing like the ones I ordered. The material was cheap shiny crap with cheap fastenings and nothing at all like advertised. I emailed them and asked for a refund. I received a response that told me the quality only related to the item I received, not the one advertised and as long as they fit okay I had no reason to complain. I responded that the fit was awful and was told they wouldn't refund as it would cost too much, and just to give them to someone else. Disgraceful service. Also I was offered a £6 gift card to use In the store, despite the fact the trousers cost a lot more than that. I refused as I have no wish to shop with them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

The ABSOLUTE worst!!!! I paid $25 for express shipping a month ago, still no order. They will not respond to my emails!!! I demanded my money refunded twice now, no response.

This company is a joke. The clothes are very poor quality and look nothing like the picture. I mean not even close. I ordered two orders at one time spending almost $100 on each order. I still haven t received the second order and customer service will not return my emails and there is no phone number to call. If you are smart DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!! Its a rip-off

Disgusting ordered 3 items they sent wrong size in the correct packaging spent 73 on 3 pairs of leggings the answer was well give you 5 usd dollars back insaid no to that as wanted the corect size or a refund d x they said I'd need to send back recorded delivery which will cost more than the trousers foing to try paypal never use again custo.er service is shocking x

Lets pants ughhhhhh will never order from anywhere advertised on facebook again. Item arrived after 3 weeks, OK, item wrong colour and awful quality, they looked like I'd made them myself in a year 7 textiles class. Emailed the support to ask for an address to return to........as with other reviews they asked me for photos repeatedly then basically said you may as well keep them as it'll take to long for us receive them back. WTAF!!!!!!!! So glad I paid through Paypal, although I'll have to wait a good few weeks I expect to receive a refund.

IF I could leave less than one star I would. I ordered a pair a pants, a pair of capris and a belt from letspants. The belt was kinda cool (I had to bring it into a saddle shop so they could make the belt big enough to go around my waist), but the pants and capris were WAY too small although I ordered a large, which is my size, and had checked it with their "sizing chart". When I laid out their pants with a pair of my size large pants, mine were 4 inches wider at the waist! Well I have been back and forth with these people for several weeks and they went from yes we will exchange them to send us a video of you trying to get them up over your thighs-really! I emailed a pic of their pants laid out on top of mine so that the difference in the size was totally obvious then they began going on and on about the shipping costs. Now, I'm getting upset. I decided to dispute with my credit card company, but I couldn't find their charge anywhere in my credit card history. I had this happen once before with one of these China-based companies. Somehow they have some sneaky way of making their charge disappear from your purchase history. I know it sounds nuts and I thought it was me the first time but I searched every charge in the time frame and it isn't there. I even called my credit card's customer service and they couldn't find it either. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!

I am yet another person fooled by the good photography, and did not read reviews first.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
The quality is appalling and if you try to return the cost is astronomical. You have been warned!!!
