We booked the corner house in York for New Year’s Eve - and we did it last minute. Letssy did everything possible to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable- which it was! We will defiantly be rebooking with Letssy in the future and would defiantly recommend to others!

Having moved to York Leanne was able to exceptionally help me to get the accommodation I was looking for. A workmate referred me to her. The apartment is a beautiful home that makes one feel at home with lovely furniture, conveniently located, accessible and convenient to shopping centers, transportation and other accessories. Staying at Letssy accommodation has been pleasant even if there is a problem to be attended to Leanne would always to it earlier to everyone convenience.

It was my memorable experienced because the location is really perfect which is close to city centre and the amenities are amazing. The best part of the apartment was its cleanliness, quiet environment and flexibility of landlord.

Thank you Letssy for your excellent hospitality service and hoping to stay again in near future..!!

Had a wonderful time at the property and extremely helpful host

Letssy was a true help in a time of need. They all assisted me to a great extent with the booking of my studio and we managed to book everything through emails and conversations online without me having to go and see the room. They are very polite, the room was very warm and well decorated, there was even a TV and all the bills are included so it’s a good price for everything that’s included. Always had hot water and there was heating which I could switch on in the room, so very nice and warm for York which is normally cold!
Would highly and very confidently recommend!

Firstly, the landlord or property owner itself is so generous that she takes care of the needy ones and I truly appreciate what the owner does. I appluase her to keep doing the same things.

Flexibility: You can always be open and connect through the owner easily without having to wait for months. You can easily make contact of things you need. Access to the owner directly makes things better then waiting.

Pricing: Although lettings get rented, you can always contact the owner directly to fix or sort things out.

All in all, the experience is much better with regard to rent and owner.
Truly grateful. I truly recommend someone in need to please contact with @Letssy for your temporary or different contract apartment.

Yes, you have to walk round the side of the house to get to them, but we didn’t find that any bother.
Great place to stay and hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with.

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay with family! Everything is thought of and the quality of everything is so high.
The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We were treated to a relaxing break at The Milton. Opening the front door was like stepping into a tardis. The rooms were so spacious, beautifully decorated and everything was so clean and tidy! The beds were incredibly comfy, I had a much better sleep than in my own! Lots of plates, cups and cutlery for little ones was a bonus for us. Dishwasher with tablets and a coffee machine with pods supplied! (Delicious coffee) Surprisingly, being so close to the centre of York, it was so peaceful. I really did not want to leave. If I wasn't moving to York next week, I would definitely stay here again. I will recommend Letssy to everybody! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your gorgeous accommodation x

Lovely stay at the Gardens and Annex property for 16 girls on a hen party in June. When we arrived the hot tub and the pool was in the process of being cleaned so it would be ready for us that evening. Hosts were quick to respond to all questions prior to the trip and also once we had arrived. Perfect location if you are wanting to visit York town centre. Would 100% recommend those needing a large property.

Really enjoyed our stay here it had everything we expected and more. The owner was so helpful nothing was too much trouble. We had late check out for free and they supplied fizz on arrival. We were really impressed overall could not fault this place. The space and pool was brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Booked a stay for my 21st birthday, there was a large group of us, on arrival I found a lovely little gift hamper as the lady knew it was my birthday, unfortunately a day or two before I was informed the pool was out of bounds however they offered me another nights stay for whenever I wanted for free! The house was lovely and clean and they even let us have a late check out! Obviously knowing we would need it. Great location really close to York and a great pub just over the road perfect for brekkie. Overall a really good place couldn’t fault it or the company :)

Not a pleasant experience at all. Booked in April and had to change from June to September due to reasons of personal circumstances. Had a really big problem receiving reply from them. Had to comment on fb page to get attention to my circumstances and they were extremely rude and unprofessional!!
Got details of stay day before departure for the Annex. This is on an industrial site off the A64 main road to Malton. One exit into and out of the property fire risk !!!!
Apparently you walk round the farmhouse to access the gardens for your dogs and to access the said advertised hot tubs !!!
Who wants to be walking round property to carry out an enjoyable stay or to take dog for a pee ? Garden should be accessible from property staying in !!
Read reviews on this some good but hey ho anyone can write a review for a favour me I'm inclined to trust the horror stories as the true reviews!
We did get a refund but not the deposit advise anyone who is thinking of booking this to stay well away !!!!

We were looking forward to our week away with our dogs, until we received, the day before departure, our details!!!!!!! The whole advertising is not as it describes.
Secure gardens for the dogs,NOT, one exit in & out which is a fire threat!! Have to walk around the farm house to access amenities for the annex. The whole description for the property is not as it is described. FALSE ADVERTISING!!

Stayed at the large property with pool & 2 hot tubs last weekend with the girls for a hen weekend. The place was very spacious & perfect for a large party or big family gathering.
We really enjoyed the pool & hot tubs and are looking to go back with the kids sometime as we know they will love this place.
It’s only cost £12 for a taxi into York so very easily accessible.
There are plenty of fridges & storage to keep your food & drinks chilled for large groups. Even a fridge/freezer in the pool room which we were impressed with!!
Excellent communication from the owners from time of booking to arriving and even on hand to ask any questions once we were there!!

Stayed at the annex with my family a few months ago. Place was immaculate as were the hosts. Super friendly, approchable, kind and honest. Kids had an absolute blast in the indoor pool and hot tub.

Will definately be back in the summer for longer this time!!

Myself and my partner wanted a chilled night away so we booked into the Garden Annex.
It's a lovely clean place, nice and cosy with everything you need and the added bonus of the hot tub.
From enquiring to booking it was all very straight forward and efficient. They were friendly and answered any questions we had quickly.
We enjoyed our stay with no problems, thank you.
