Do not work there !!

I applied to Let's Talk science, and only got an answer one year later. What surprised me, after the fact, is that there were NO INTERVIEWING PROCESS. I was simply sent an e-mail saying I had been accepted : first RED flag. I went on a compulsory training session... During the whole process, the people training us asked us for feedback, ideas, and were taking a lot of notes (we'll see later why this is important !!). After the training was over, I was waiting for payment for my hours... Nothing came. After several weeks, I sent an e-mail, asking why I had not been paid, and when should I expect to be... The answer was that I was NOT going to be paid !!! You heard that right, we did Not get paid for training, just like any respectable organization would normally do : the training is always paid, in any organization. I checked my e-mails from before : the rate was mentioned, but, no mention was made about being paid for training . 2nd BIG RED FLAG !!
After the training session, we had to complete a VERY long training session, online, for which we BARELY got paid... 3rd BIG RED FLAG !!
I also signed an additional contract, for being a facilitator: it was clearly mentioned at which dates I should receive partial payment. At the first indicated date, I was waiting for payment : NOTHING. I e-mailed the person in charge : she told me that I would NOT get paid yet !! What ? Did I get this right ? You have signed a contract, and you are not respecting it ? FINAL HUGE IMMENSELY RED FLAG : they DO NOT EVEN RESPECT THE SIGNED CONTRACTS !! Any organization that does not respect its employees is bound to fail, sooner or later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS ORGANIZATION : They are working in an illegal way, not paying their employees.
