Huge thanks to Letta London and especially Alina, for our amazing new bathroom, showers, and toilet. The quality is fantastic, but what really stood out was the great service from start to finish — and even after installation. The aftercare has been brilliant, and I’d happily recommend Letta London to anyone!

Working with Letta on our latest project - they stock an incredible range of products and their staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. Alina has been exceptional to work with, her attention to detail and her care is second to none. Highly recommend.

Letta London has a broad range of bathrooms, bathroom furniture and tiles in different price ranges. We particularly liked the tile shelf and the choice of bathroom furniture in the showroom in Finchley Road, London.
Simon has been very supportive and helped us design and manage our new bathroom project. His experience and knowledge on product ranges was invaluable to us. He has been very helpful regarding design tips and helped us navigate through product ranges to make our choices. He has been very responsive and reliable in answering emails or calls and quick in finding alternatives or solutions when required. We have been very pleased with our experience and the way Simon kept us informed on delivery times which were within the expected ETA. Overall an excellent experience, we warmly recommend Letta London and would go back in case of future projects. Thank you Simon!

Brilliant experience at Letta - mainly due to Simon who was so knowledgeable and helpful.

He made the most brilliant suggestions - especially the stunning blue tiles he pointed out for the master bathroom - I would have never picked these on my own.

The staff definitely add a lot of value and the product range is great!

Very poor experience. I ordered online on Saturday because it said 2-4 days delivery. I got an email saying that it will be delivered to the show room tomorrow. I called today to ask for some more features and to leave it unpacked so that I can check it before I pick it up. They called me today to offer me the drainer I requested for and said 'it will take the same time as the sink, around 2-3 weeks'. I was like what, on your site it says 2-4 days... yeah, they come from Germany blah blah. I was asking if they have any sinks with my size that I can collect this week, whenever the adviser would speak to someone she would put me on hold without telling me - around 10 times in 5 minutes. Fix your website!

I ordered a sink from this company and, in a moment of silliness, didn't realise that the delivery stated 'collection only'... and I live 125 miles away! I emailed them and soon had sorted it all out so that I could arrange for it to be sent up to Birmingham. I have to say that Diana was exceptionally helpful and responded to each email within a few minutes, weighed and measured the package and answered all my questions. Basically, they turned my order around from being a bit of a bodge up into a smooth transaction.

Didn’t have my order in stock despite saying delivery in five days. Never replied to emails or voice messages, customer service and support was appalling. Cancelled my order

Alina from Letta London was fantastic from the very beginning. We were completely resigning 2 bathrooms for my two teenage girls and she was a wealth of knowledge regarding all products, technical requirements as well as a clear awareness of aesthetics and design. She guided us patiently and meticulously through each step and helped with every aspect of the ordering. Once the builders started, she was available (even when not working officially) to trouble shoot and support where needed. I wasn't aware of how complex bathrooms were till we started the project and I would not have been able to complete it so smoothly without Alina's support. I highly recommend Letta london without hesitation. I would certainly use there services again. They make a complex renovation project as easy as can be...

Alina from Letta London was wonderful to work with. She had excellent knowledge of the products and was extremely helpful throughout the process. We bought tiles and all the bathroom items for 5 bathrooms from Letta London and we love them all! Highly recommend.

We were extremely happy with Alina and the team at Letta London. Alina helped us to redesign 4 bathrooms. She has fantastic ideas and was always receptive and helpful. The builders were reliable, committed and did an excellent job. I am fussy about small details like perfect grouting which was done to a very high standard. The end result was 4 magnificent bathrooms, with a spa effect in the master bathroom, a gorgeous guest shower and 2 fabulous family bathrooms. We are very happy with the work and would recommend Letta to anyone

I had a poor experience from start to finish.
- Firstly, the product was weeks late arriving. The website said 2-4 days for in-store pick up when I ordered; it ended up being 3 weeks. there was no customer service to inform me of the delay (I had to chase).
- The when I had my product installed, it was found to be faulty.
- After waiting several weeks more, i was offered replacement parts - which I was informed would need to be installed at my expense.
- I asked Letta to pay or co-pay for these extra costs. they said no. I asked for a discount on the original item, given it was faulty. again, no.
So I'm left with a faulty item and an extra installation cost.
Would not recommend this company.

great service start to finish. good advice on what is available, how it will fit, and how the installation will proceed. the team doing the installation are fantastic too. can't recommend them highly enough.

Great independent bathroom showroom. Alina and the team are very knowledgable and keen to help with every aspect of design. They were able to share ideas and products that significantly enhanced the design of our bathroom, moreover at a cost that was competitive and often cheaper than online. Would highly recommend and suggest that you go out of your way to have a consultation with them before starting your bathroom project. Hinal

It’s for who have been to letta London . I have been three time and first time the experience was ok they don’t bother greeting the customer or ask what we need they haven’t put prices on any of there product so they can price it at any cost and when you ask for discount everyone gives different price for same product which is very weird . Bcz I got three different price on same items .
I went again few wks back and the person who dealt with us was in so much rush that he didn’t even gave us the quote all he said ok I’ll send you the details and prices via email . The reason letta London still exists is bcz of customers though we had a very very poor customer service . No one was ready to help there though we came from far off . I am still waiting for that employees email regarding what we asked for and still he hasn’t got back anyway I have order the cabinet and taps from somewhere else double the price thanks to you all .I also email the previous person who dealt with us but no reply till today .Sorry to say but after 3 visit you still don’t get good customer service then I think it’s not the right place to go to buy such expensive stuff on top of everything we have experienced . Would not recommend anyone to come to letta London . I thought your showroom is opened for all sort of customer not just millionaire. Thanks a lot

Went to order Grohe Compression MI Coupling for £4.99 costs. Delivery took that to £22.00, and then had 14-16 weeks delivery time. Wow. Could put these in an envelope.

As a customer at Letta London, we found the service to be excellent from the moment we walked into the beautiful showroom. Pavel was extremely helpful, polite and had a great knowledge of the products. We purchased Grohe taps and a sink at an excellent price and we are delighted with how stylish they are and how they compliment our kitchen. We would highly recommend Letta London.

Highly recommended, Letta London supplied Bathroom, Porcelain Tiles and fitted wardrobes for our newly built house in North London. I have dealt with both Jarda & Alina at Lusso and they have provided tiles, bathroom suites, kitchens and fitting services to me on 3 occasions now and I honestly can't say I will ever look back. After contacting Jarda for building work he notified me that he also sourced the above materials at better cost than my previous supplier. After getting samples of tiles on my first project I was very impressed and went ahead with the order. Once fitted by Jarda's team I was extremely impressed and then approached him again for my next project in which he supplied a full bathroom, shower room and kitchen including all fittings, wall & floor tiles. All I can say is that I've been very impressed with the service & quality offered by both Jarda & Alina at all times and they have always looked after me & provided me with extremely high quality items. Now on project 3 (my biggest) and they are handling the whole thing. Jarda seems to be ahead of most people with modern homes and he is providing me with a huge range of home automation ideas that aren't in the UK yet and the most unique lighting ideas I have ever seen. Thank you guys.

I recently used this company for my house renovation and was overwhelmed by the quality of their products and the customer experience. The fact they were one of the most competitively priced companies I talked to was the icing on the cake. Could not recommend highly enough! Thanks Lusso, Max Curtis
