No service delivered, transaction reversed by bank

We engaged this business to print and distribute over 28,000 flyers across Brisbane.

After payment, there was no evidence that any printing or distribution took place. Neither our business, our staff, nor anyone in the target areas received a single flyer. We physically checked multiple streets and found nothing.

The only “proof” provided was a series of low quality map images with lines drawn over them. No timestamps, no GPS tracking files, no delivery logs, and no verifiable data were supplied.

The flyers contained a unique QR code and there were zero scans recorded after the supposed distribution. Given the volume, this is not credible.

We attempted to resolve the matter directly but were unable to obtain any meaningful evidence or outcome.

The invoice issued included GST, however the ABN listed is not registered for GST according to the Australian Business Register.

The matter was escalated through our bank and the transaction was reversed following their investigation. Reports have also been lodged with the Office of Fair Trading, Scamwatch and the Australian Taxation Office.

Based on our experience, we would strongly advise against engaging this business.
