$25 shipping fee and still takes over a week to be delivered. For a sheet of paper. What a scam. Better off gong on Etsy or printing one yourself...

For reference, I ordered a print of a picture in watercolor.

I bought a watercolour print for my wife for our wedding anniversary.

The finished product is absolutely amazing!!

After paying over £100 for a "supposedly" hand drawn sketch of one of our favourite wedding photographs, the proof I received was more than disappointing!
Firstly, this has quite clearly been AI rendered and even worse the image hasn't even been rendered well! Both me and my wife have come out with distorted faces, I've got a big area of hair missing on my head and my wife came out looking brunette when she's blonde!
Safe to say I wasn't happy to proceed with the proof and Letterfest came back to me with a 2nd proof that just had the color tones changed and nothing else!
This is something I would never have out on display and for that reason I've requested to have the order cancelled and a refund issued... I'm still waiting for Letterfest to acknowledge my request and for them to refund me! Avoid at all costs.

Finally had my refund acknowledge but I've only been issued a partial refund to "cover the artists time". Both this company and so called artist should be ashamed if this is the caliber of work they are happy to sell. If this truly was hand drawn then the quality is appalling and now I've had to lose money and i haven't even received anything for the privilege!

Terrible company, terrible product and terrible experience... be warned!

Purchased a personalised pot last week which arrived quickly and very satisfied with personalisation. However spotted identical pot in Nottcutts garden centre for £6.99 which means I have been charged £25.01 for the engraving which seems very steep. P&P price was extra. Feel a bit ripped off! I wrongly assumed pots were bespoke to Letterfest

I am vey happy with my final product. The customer service team was efficient. They responded quickly and readily made adjustments. Their communication made me feel valued as a customer. All communication was through e-mail and I still had personalized care.

The customer service team was very responsive and the turnaround time was super quick. The price was also reasonable for a custom piece, and it turned out great. We will order again if we ever need a similar art piece!

I ordered a personalized gift from Letterfest and was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Despite some minor issues with ordering, the team was quick to resolve it and the delivery exceeded expectations. Lovely product with thoughtful designs. Overall, a reliable service that I’d recommend, though there’s room for improvement.

Spent over £100 on a hand sketched water coloured mothers day gift.

The "glass" in the frame was plastic and scuffed.

The paper off center leaving a line down one side.

And more importantly, the image has very clearly been printed, with an often crude thick pencil outlining that leaves gaps between the colour and the outline.

You can see the stepping in the printed outlines in certain parts of the image, the more I look at it the more I suspect it might not even be properly water coloured.

It's definitely getting passed through some sort of software/AI filtering to achieve most of the detail within the picture.

The selection is outstanding but what really shines is their customer service. I bought a stone in memory of a friend’s dog who passed. Although the company does not have the option to enclose a gift card at this time their customer service representative, Lily was fantastic. She offered to send an email with a gift message, followed up on the correct day and sent me an email to let me know that the email was sent to my friend. Just fantastic!

Letterfest has great communication, answered every question quickly and was able to make magic happen with our request!

Received my 70th personalised pot before delivery date! It’s a perfect present - lovely size and beautifully done!

Definitely not hand drawn! I ordered a hand drawn sketch for my mum and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary of the church they got married at. It arrived today, it is a print that has been done on some kind of computer software like pro-create by the looks of it, I feel absolutely scammed that I have paid £50 for something I could of done at home on my computer! It has glue stuck above the mount on the picture and it’s lifting away at the top! I am too embarrassed to give them this as a gift, it will just been getting scraped! It’s such poor quality! I am so disappointed. Wish you could add photos to reviews. I have emailed them to express my disappointment
