In general I thought the course was good - comprehensive materials, good level of support and great value for money.
However, on occasion I found it difficult to identify what the assessment questions were seeking - sometimes the questions were unclear or ambiguous.

The course was easy to follow and the assessor was extremely helpful.

The LET Training experience has been one of absolute support, solid evidence base knowledge and in-depth understanding from all the trainers and tutors. The course outlines are structured and transparent to detail in what outcomes are expected for each project. I found the advanced diploma in management (human resources) extremely useful for work placement and the staff at heart are considerate towards circumstances that may arise to cause delays for submissions. Course content was easy to digest, assessments related to 'real world set' scenarios to really foster skills in business and management. I would highly recommend LET Training to individuals and businesses for upskilling and training. The tutor Ray Mccoll was extremely supportive and professional online throughout all 8 assessments I completed, from ZOOM sessions, online submissions, Ray made studying a lot less stressful and all subjects have lecture recordings uploaded to assist in research for completing an assessment task. Thank you LET Training, Ray, Lily, Maria, everyone apart of the course setting -I definitely won't forget this amazing journey.

I studied x2 Advanced Diplomas. My assessor Ray McColl was always helpful, friendly and available to help me through difficult spots. With a wealth of knowledge, Ray was able to guide me and explain things thoroughly. The Let admin team were friendly and quick in their response every time I had a query or to book in an assessment. Highly recommend!!

We signed up in 2019 and had some extenuating circumstances with the birth of our twins being in regional WA. LET Training were very accommodating and supportive throughout the entire process. The trainer was skilled and offered support throughout the entire course when we needed it.

Overall I think they’re a definite 4.5 out of 5.

Would definitely use them again for my training.

I loved studying with LET, they made it simple and easy and was provided with support whenever I required it, I would definitely recommend them.

Started Cert IV in WHS and setting me up online was easy and straightforward I received lots of helpful tips throughout the process and they were always there to communicate with which made it great.

The support offered by Let Training was fantastic. I felt they were only a phone call/email away and willing to answer any questions I had.

The trainers were very helpful, the training materials really flowed in alignment with the assessments.

Pretty good all round, I would say.

Even after extenuating circumstances they refused to refund. Every time i requested to speak to the Management team they were either out of the office or on another call. They are just a money hungry company with no compassion for anyone. Would not recommend.

EDIT. thanks for the reply but the correspondence actually dates back to November but in tune with your company you dont read emails. After reading the other reviews I'm not suprised by your cold hearted responses seem as though you are also giving the run around to a war veteran. So thank you again for being nothing but heartache. Also my course was not actually even started so zero work from your tutors had been utilised. So what was my money actually spent on that you can't refund?

It was a good experience. My teacher was always answering all my emails and questions. I loved the course and reading material was laid out well. Sometimes the questions asked in an assignment would need to be clarified as sometimes it wasn’t clear, but all in all, great learning experience.

I found LET training great with communication. The staff and the markers were really helpful. The fact that each topic didn't have a due date and I had a year to complete defiantly made working part time and being a single mum easier to manage.
