My family and I are loyal customers for Letuska.cz for more than 10 years. We have bought multiple flight tickets to Spain, Singapore, Malaysia, US and the UK. I remember that years ago, I used to call the agency to arrange for my flight tickets, now everything makes easy with their online purchase. As regular travellers we’ve discovered and experienced other agencies but they are nothing like our experience with Letuska.cz. Letuska,cz stand the test of time and they have proved to be very supportive, friendly and quick to reply whenever we are faced with situation and difficulty. In all honesty, everyone in Letuska’s office are very kind, friendly and supportive. Big thanks and a big pat on the back to Angelika for always going above and beyond in helping us with everything that we need especially in supporting my mom with her travel requirement. I pay my ticket in cash I earned it for so long then you cancel my flight going to Manila from Prague and you informed me two late before my flight. I already pack my things and prepare documents to bring, then my letuška agent email me that cancel my flight and I check the airline is not cancelled but in Active status😤 what the? then I ask my agent to refund my money by my airline British Airways they say not possible to refund😠 they advice me to convert it for voucher to next flight 2years expired then my money lost! and another one they offer me to add additional payment if i want to go to flight again but I must add money for additional charges due to ticket descripancy and expensive say by my agent. hyzzz I don't know how to do., I already searching someone help me to my case😭 This is my message to my agent Letuška and British Airways. Where is my money I earned it for so long and i lost everything i waiting this month to go back to Philippines almost 4 years and my family excited i coming back home then you doing like this

Bought plane tickets (SAS) through them as well as an insurance against flight cancellations (!) etc. Then the flights were cancelled due to the pandemic and in a year (!) I still have not received any refund. They claim that the insurance I bought does not apply in this case. So, almost a thousand euro loss as a result. I strongly advise anyone to not use this company due to their irresponsible and unethical business practice.
