Delay - no Customer Service.
The company communicated delivery on 18/19th of February. I had to ask my mother to stay home waiting for the lamp to come. On 20Th package is still in Germany. I cannot stay home every day a whole week waiting for receiving my order. There is no contact address (just automatic FAQ), and no way to know the exact time of arrival. I read other reviews that customers waited up to 8 weeks :-O Very very bad service. Cannot talk about the product, yet...

Cheap but no reply on emails
I got my lamp with about two weeks of delay, and when writing to their info mail there was no response. In this process I noticed that they are also selling through the homepage: LeuchtenZentrale.de which has terrible reviews, but at least I got my stuff and it is working.
