Following your report, we carefully reviewed the carrier's delivery records and obtained the corresponding proof of delivery. According to the carrier, the shipment was delivered in person on June 1, 2026, to the shipping address provided with the order. The delivery documentation also references the recipient name associated with the order and a recorded signature.

We have already reached out to you directly and remain actively engaged in investigating this matter. We kindly ask that you continue checking with any individuals who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf and verify all possible delivery locations associated with the address provided.

Please be assured that if the carrier's investigation ultimately confirms that the shipment has been lost or misdelivered, we will gladly arrange a replacement for you.
