I ordered this back in September 2020 for 64.99!!!! Still have not received the equipment. Have sent several emails with no response. Filled out a dispute with my bank and they did not get a response from them so that money is in the toilet. Very pissed off!!! Company is a scam!!!!😡😡😡

Level up bike. Ordered December 9th. They took my money the same day and text said they would let me know when shipped. Should receive in 7-10 days!!! Never heard a thing since than (February 19th) and will NOT respond to several emails/texts!!!! I've been scammed and very angry! DON'T purchase from Level Up!!!
This company is a scam!!! Order placed 11/6/20. It is now 2/13/21. Still no product. I have emailed the company 3 times asking for either the product or a refund of my money

I purchased levelup workout machine on 11.9.2020. I paid 54.00 for this item as of todate i have sent them 2 emails no response nor have i received the item. This is unacceptable you pay for an item you should get what you paid. I am definitely not going to let this company take my monies and think it is ok. Do not buy the levelup workout peddle bike from this company.

I ordered some resistance bands from this company and even though they said dispatch would be within 3 days dispatch didn't actually happen for 7 days and the worst thing of all they took the money for these from my account before dispatch.
Once dispatched the tracking number they gave me wasn't a number the delivery company recognised and so I could not even track my order.
It has now been 14 days since I placed my order and still no sign! I have asked for a full refund!
