My order hasn’t arrived but they have taken the money from my account. I have tried to contact them but no response and the emails have been returned to me. None of the email addresses work. Don’t buy anything from this website.
My order has not arrived. I have emailed and tried live chat multiple tones never a response. Order for nearly 100 pound and no way of finding out what on earth is going on. Appalling service .disgusted to say the least

Only half my order arrived, the package was crushed and split. I emailed to explain the situation and someone came back to me fairly promptly, I was ensured a replacement would be sent out with the 2nd item I had originally ordered. A few days went by and my order still hadn’t arrived, later that day I received a phone call explaining one of the items was out of stock with the supplier and both the items I originally ordered would be posted out to me ASAP. Two days later only one of the items I ordered arrived?! How hard is it to post two items to a customer?! This has been going on for two weeks? Will I ever receive my order? Who knows…???
