Excellent customer service!

I recently started my retro Pokémon gaming collection again after almost 20 years of not playing, and I loved the selection they have on their website. I bought myself a Nintendo DS Lite, and it turned out later that it was out of stock. The team contacted me immediately to clear up the situation, and as soon as it got back in stock, they handled the order extremely quickly and friendly. Everything that I ordered arrived faster than expected (even with the out-of-stock delay) and in excellent condition. I am definitely choosing them again to complete my collection. If you are into retro gaming, this is the place to be. Thank you, Ted, and the rest of the team. Great job!
