Using UPS service

Needed to drop two packages at their UPS service. I drove 25 minutes. Internet says OPEN, sign says OPEN, door locked, store dark. I waited 20 minutes in 104 degrees, as I saw 3 other customers wanting to drop things off and one man who came with his son to use games or buy something. He called Level Up, but their phone is not activated. I called UPS, no choice for my problem, so I pressed #1. Gal there wanted me to drive to Penticton, 40 minutes north of where I live. That would be 25 + 25 + 40 + 40 = 130 minutes to have 'the convenience of dropping UPS items off' as the sign says. Well it was NOT convenient for me!!! Or "come back tomorrow." What? And pray they'd be open? Waiting all day for a pick up is not an option. UPS will hear about this. I hope they drop Level Up as a pick up/drop off point. They can't be relied on. I can understand an emergency; a little sign would be helpful.

AVOID!!!

Not sure if all the other reviews are fake or what but this has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. It’s a long story so buckle up.

First starts with me buying the PC at the end of September, a week passes and I nothing arrives, I call a few times and ask where it is, after two weeks I’m asked to drive 45 minutes to go and pick the PC up, I agree because I’m sick of waiting at this point. I get the PC home and it’s in the wrong case, different graphics card, different RAM. All the same performance but completely different aesthetics which is a big thing for me. I call and tell them about this problem, then promised an “engineer” will come to my house to swap all the parts over. However I then hear nothing for about 2 weeks until Matthew the guy who was dealing with the whole time says he is on his way to my house. He arrives and we swap all the parts over to the case I initially wanted. However the PC then decides not to turn on and we can’t get it to work. He then leaves and we agree that they will take it back and fix it. So another two weeks pass of me having no PC with all my data on it but it’s broken, and receiving almost 0 communication from the company. Eventually I’m told to once again drive 45 minutes away from my home to give the PC to an “engineer” I arrive at the supermarket car park and he doesn’t arrive until 45 minutes after the time we agreed. He then takes the PC away to their office and start looking at fixing it, being promised that it will be done in a couple days and delivered by hand. Then another two weeks pass and I hear absolutely nothing from them and they still have my PC and my data is still on the computer. I then file a dispute with PayPal as I feel I have been scammed basically. I have still heard nothing back to this day, however the PayPal dispute was closed and I was refunded.

Moral of the story is, DO NOT buy anything from them unless you want to be overpromised and underdelivered constantly with 0 communication from the company. Extremely bad customer service and treatment, and a huge financial blow to me over the past month and a half. They should be ashamed.

Amazing Customer Service

I'm extremely impressed with the customer service I received from LevelUp Gaming - I am a complete newbie to PC gaming, however their wonderful team assisted me throughout the whole process, and even went as far to send me some useful links to help educate me on my journey. I highly recommend these people, they're the only PC company out there that are offering good support and I feel as though I can trust everything they advise me to do. Thanks again!

Outstanding Customer Service

At first I was a little hesitant to order from LevelUp Gaming however I did place an order for my son's Christmas present and it arrived in under a week. As well as that, I received updates whenever I asked, almost immediately thanks to the team over there. Special thanks to Sam and Matt for advising on the best components to fit my son's needs!

Great Site for Custom Builds

I ordered a computer using the Klarna payment method which brought some issues up itself however the customer service was fast and very useful. Once the computer had arrived they forgot to include a component which they sent the next day after I brought this issue up. Amazing build, helpful service and great products.

Very good!

Very good experience, very helpful and nice with the customer service and the PC I got is quality and as advertised, I can only think of a very minor case thing that may not even be on them to begin with? They helped with a small confusion in shipping and a couple queries I had when asked and sorted things out greatly, to say the least. I can see why Caddicarus had praised them prior.

Outstanding customer support

Their customer service is superb. I had a few problems with delivery and stuff arriving late (product availability issues, nothing to do with them really), but they were super helpful, kept me up to date throughout the process and were polite and prompt the whole way through. They even offered to compensate me in the process! They are well worth your time and money, would highly recommend.

15/10 on customer service

The customer service from this company is one step and beyond anything I have ever seen. They kept me well informed about the process of my order, let me know when my order was going to be delayed as they were unhappy with how the graphics card was holding up and threw in an extra 8G of RAM for free to compensate. And their post service care has been amazing. I accidently picked a case that could not have a DVD drive like I wanted (I know, I'm like one of the 5% of people that still wants a DVD / CD drive) and they happily offered me either a refund or a portable DVD drive. FOR FREE. They were even patient with me when I didn't realise my storage hard drive had to be activated first before my computer could use it. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. In fact, it was because of another persons glowing reviews for this company that I decided to buy from them. I am so glad that I did and I hope my voice will do the same. Let the power of word of mouth spread!

Next level service

Received my PC from these guys a month or so ago - their customer service was absolutely fantastic. Matthew kept me updated when there were some issues with parts they had received for the build, and even upgraded my graphics card because of the wait. It was impressive enough that they simply had them in stock, but they went above and beyond. Great service, would recommend.

Great Customer Service and Build

Really what it says in the title, when my PC first arrived it was having problem after problem, but their customer service was there to guide me every step of the way, they went above and beyond to help me out, whether it was arranging for the PC to be collected, or replacing broken parts. Now that the PCs finally working again, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend their services, such a good, honest company.

A* top notch company. Use this company for the best :)

Customer service with this company is amazing, they helped me both online in chat and over the phone and kept me up to date all the way through the build of my PC. They where the only company to have GTX 1650 supers in stock in the UK and the build time and delivery was faster then all others. Will be coming back to them again in the Future for other projects I have they need additional PCs
