LEVERS...company of excellence!

Levers has been fabulous to work with. Everyone is very professional yet always pleasant. I have lost 53 lbs with Tirezepitide and the continued help from Levers. The pharmacy Scripts that they utilize is also wonderful!! I have nothing but praise for all associated with Levers company as well as their products! I've had no side effects and nothing but positive results.

I am happy with them

I am happy with them. Easy sign- up, fast delivery. Item arrived well packed on ice with all supplies needed, clear instructions. I had a question I called left a message and got a call back right away, same with email.

I accidentally placed an extra order and asked for a refund and got it without any fees (as long as it was within the 48-hour window) as it was.

You can cancel your subscription by just clicking the button. No hassle to cancel anytime unlike other companies I inquired with.

Overall this a Legit company that is easy to work with with no memberships fees, and no hassle to cancel.

🚨 EMERGENCY

🚨 EMERGENCY — Extremely Unacceptable Experience With Levers Health (NAD+ Vial) 🚨

I am honestly shocked by what I received. My NAD+ vial arrived half-filled, literally incomplete. After only three injections, the vial was almost empty — this is outrageous, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable for a product that I paid for in full.

💉 The entire situation was beyond frustrating:
• A vial that should have been full arrived practically at 50%.
• I had to spend days sending videos, photos, and explanations, repeating myself over and over just to be taken seriously.
• Nobody helped me. The customer service from the pharmacy they use, Strive, was honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced — slow, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
• I was left feeling like I had to prove what was already obvious.

This is not a small mistake — this is a serious quality-control failure. I work hard, nobody gives me anything for free, and the minimum I expect is to receive exactly what I paid for. Instead, I ended up dealing with stress, wasted time, and a complete loss of trust.

⚠️ Sending a medical vial half empty is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, transparency, and proper control over what is being sold and shipped.

❌ Based on this experience, I will never purchase from this company again — not even with a discount.
🚨 Completely disappointed.

After reviewing your order alongside our pharmacy partner, we were able to confirm that you received exactly what was purchased: a 6ml/1200mg supply. The photo you supplied showed approximately a half full vial, which is exactly as the 6ml ships.

Because our vials are dispensed in 10ml containers, it’s completely normal, and expected, for the vial to arrive appearing partially filled. This is standard practice for accurate medical dosing and is not a quality control issue. Both or support team and the pharmacy confirmed this with you that the photo supplied showed it exactly as it shipped.

We understand there was some initial miscommunication from the pharmacy about vial sizing, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion that created. However, your product quantity was accurate and verified with photographic confirmation, and we tried to communicate this as best we could.

We’re sorry the experience left you feeling this way, that’s never what we want. If you’d like to walk through the details further, we’re always available to connect directly again.
