Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers encountered significant problems with their orders, including missing items, incorrect shipments, and issues with order cancellations. The customer service was frequently criticized for being unhelpful, unresponsive, and difficult to reach, with many reporting automated responses and an inability to resolve issues. Delivery services were also a major source of frustration, with complaints about delays, lost packages, and a lack of tracking information. While some consumers expressed satisfaction with the quality and fit of certain products, a notable number of people reported a decline in product quality, citing issues like fraying hems, fading colors, thin denim, and zippers breaking quickly. Some customers also experienced difficulties with returns and exchanges, finding the process complicated and unsupportive.

Terrbile customer support & website facilities

They have terrible customer support services. The return policies are also extremly bad. They would not support me returning back a product, they just adviced me to use a local delivery company which implies a delivery fee equal with the value of the product.

Wish I could give zero stars!

Wish I could give zero stars!
Return process is ridiculous, no electronic QR system, all customers are expected to own a printer and manually print off the return labels, if not it is our duty to travel to our nearest store

Not worth your time

Finally got an order through the website for the Levis x Nike Air Max 95, for it to be cancelled in 5min.
I receive another mail the product would look good on me and I forgot something in my shopping basket.
I click on the mail, sold out, I refresh and I'm blocked from entering the website.
Shitty website.

Garbage quality control

Garbage quality control, same model, same size but different real life size? Overrated company with with no sense where they came from. A shell of what it once was

A disappointing experience

A disappointing experience. I ordered a pair of shorts that ended up being too big, so I placed an exchange request for a smaller size. I received an email saying that my order was on its way, and then another email saying that my order had been cancelled, but no explanation why. It was impossible to find any contact information for their customer service, so I couldn't even email/call them to ask why. Will not be ordering from them again.

A horrendous organization to deal with

A horrendous organization to deal with. I would have given zero stars if this was possible. No customer service ethic whatsoever, returns process a nightmare, and they are probably breaking consumer laws

Worst service I have ever been…

Worst service I have ever been provided. Waited almost 4 weeks for a pair of shorts. If I could recommend anything to anyone it would be do not shop at Levi’s. The quality was not worth the wait and frustration.

Ridiculous, convoluted policy

Ridiculous, convoluted policy when a package is lost in transit.

To get a replacement you have to print, sign and scan a form. It has to be a wet signature (why?!?). You can buy a house without a wet signature!! In 2025 why do you not have a digital process for this? A lot of your customers do not have access to a printer. I can only assume you’re intentionally making the process as difficult as possible in the hope that your customers give up during the process. Well you’ve succeeded… but I’ll never be a Levi’s customer again.

Excellent Experience at Levi’s Bicester…

Excellent Experience at Levi’s Bicester Village

Visited the Levi’s store in Bicester Village to pick up a pair of denim shorts and had a great experience. The staff were helpful, friendly, and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. The store was well laid out, with a good range of styles and sizes available. Overall, a really positive customer experience – I’d thoroughly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I never expected such a disappointing service from “Levi’s”

I never expected such a disappointing experience from Levi’s — a brand I once trusted. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans through their app, all of which clearly displayed a 10-day return policy at the time of purchase. The delivery was delayed, so I ended up buying jeans from a physical store in the meantime. When I tried to return the online order, the app only showed an exchange option instead of a return. To make things worse, their customer care is completely unresponsive — no one answers the calls. I just lost Rs 7,000 on products I no longer need, simply due to poor service and misleading return policies. Extremely disappointed. Levi’s…you just lost a loyal customer.

Rash from $60 short, I can't return them.

If I could rate them a zero, I would. I bought a pair of shorts for $60, put them on 2 days later for less than an hour because I formed a rash on my inner thighs from the seams. I took the shorts to the store (with the receipt) and I COULD NOT return the shorts. They told me they had to have the tags on them to return them (the dumbest return policy ever) This WAS the only brand of jeans I used to purchase. I will NEVER buy another pair.

Avoid!

Avoid!
Bought 3 pairs of jeans on the advice pay more and get better quality which will last longer.
One pair, the zip broke the first time I wore them.
The second pair were a completely different length to the other pair I had in a different colour, they were considerably short and they refuse to return and exchange.
The jeans themself go baggy in no time and you have to constantly wash them to keep them in shape, the quality is poor.
The experience with customer service has been appalling and I don’t see the difference in the quality of there jeans compared to any other cheaper pair. My requests have been ignored and they have closed my case without a resolution or my consent.
The jeans aren’t worth the money or the hassle what so ever!
Save your money and go else where!

I was scammed by Levi's

I feel like I was scammed by Levi's, a great American company, to whom I've been a loyal customer for over 50 years. I purchased 3 items that arrived late, returned 3 items, and was only refunded for 2 items. Bad phone customer service and disappointing outcome. Levis told me I should have taken a picture of the contents of my return before I mailed it. SCAM

Loyal 541 Fan Let Down — Order Delayed & No Effort to Make It Right

I’ve been a die-hard fan of Levi’s for years—especially the 541 Athletic Fit jeans. As a former athlete with bigger quads and glutes, it’s the only jean that truly fits me well. I have close to a dozen pairs and multiple denim jackets. That’s why this experience with Levi’s customer service was so frustrating.

I placed an order on May 22nd, specifically to wear a jacket for a Juneteenth celebration and Father’s Day event on June 15th. Standard shipping should have been plenty of time. Instead, part of my order hasn’t even shipped as of June 1st, and customer service told me it’s not likely to ship before June 12th—over 3 weeks after the order was placed.

When I reached out for help, all I asked was for the remaining item to be expedited to arrive by June 14th. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just trying to get ahead of the delay Levi’s already created. I was met with a rigid response: no ability to expedite, no escalation, no ownership. I was told even supervisors couldn't do anything.

As someone who works in customer-facing sales, I understand policy. But when a company misses its own shipping expectations, a good customer experience means being flexible, not hiding behind policy.

I still love the 541s—but after this experience, I’ll think twice before ordering directly from Levi’s again.
