Love the design, looks good and feels much safer than other trampolines I’ve seen. It has a fantastic safety net design to. Ladder is not as safe as I would like. With the round pole like steps. Should have made these flat or a better design. My daughter slipped and fell with her legs between one of the steps and bruised the inside of her top leg. Other than that I think it’s a fantastic trampoline and worth the price.

Highly recommend. Quality product, great customer service before I even ordered. Delivery as promised. Great to be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone. Roberto was a great help.

Lving on an island makes things more expensive with postage etc but Levity were great and trampoline arrived within a week of ordering, cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend.....trampoline is amazing too, kids all love it, 6, 11 and 14

Wow! I ordered a 8ft trampoline and enclosure and it came the next day!! Amazing service from start to finish! Website easy to use and was kept completely up to date with every step of the process. After weeks of researching which trampoline to buy, we realised we also needed to research which company to buy from. So many worrying reviews about bad customer service. We narrowed it down to two suppliers and decided to call each company with the some questions to see what their customer service was like before committing. Levity Trampolines answered the phone, took my queries and said someone would call back. Within an hour Roberto Romano, the director, called me and was able to answer all my queries. We ordered the trampoline from Levity that day. It arrived in two days, which was quicker than the estimated time when purchased. One box was damaged from transit but from what we could see nothing was missing so we took photos of the box just in case. We didn’t assemble for another two weeks and on opening discovered small rips to the three foam tubes that protect the poles and three small tears to the safety net. I called Levity and spoke to a friendly customer service assistant who again took my details and said someone would call me back. Within and hour I received a phone call from Roberto and a follow up email requesting for photographs of the damage and a list of the items needing replacement. Roberto was very apologetic and arranged for replacements of all the damaged parts, which again arrived in two days. We are so glad we did our research and would highly recommend Levity Trampolines to anyone considering purchasing a trampoline as we’ve been nothing but impressed with with them. Roberto and his staff couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding and the speed in which they rectified the issues was amazing. Happily, we also made the right decision on which trampoline to buy, our kids love the Telstar Vortex Black Edition 9’x13’!
