Avoid using this company, their customer service/procedures are very poor. I wish to return a £2000 laptop that was a birthday gift, however I was told it will take 3 to 5 days for a return label to be sent to me !!! On what planet does it take this long to send a email?? In addition they are unable to contact the relative department as they do not have this function. Madness....
I bought a tablet M10 5g in the sale it came with a pen for £359 original priced at £399 I already had a voucher for £10 off which was a good deal considering just the tablet was £349 on its own so I bought a case to go with it.when the invoice was sent it had the tablet and case I called customer services to say that I had bought the bundle which included the pen customer services said not to worry the tablets the same we will send the pen separately.
When this didn't arrive a contacted them again only to get an extremely rude customer service employee so I decided to email them I also sent the original order as they wanted so far 5 emails later they will not send the pen as they said it wasn't what I ordered I have been told 3 emails ago they would send a voucher for the inconvenience still didn't get that either so be. Careful when ordering from these direct there customer service isn't that good I feel I have been robbed of £20
