As first time buyers, the whole process was daunting from the offset. However Victoria very quickly provided us with reassurance. She was warm and friendly, but professional.
The whole process was explained so that we understood every step and knew what to expect - Victoria also ensured that we knew we could always ask any questions we had at any time. We were given advice on the hiccups that occurred, which again provided us with the much needed reassurance that we needed.
There is also an online portal that Lewis Denley use, which enabled us to check on the progress of our property purchase every step of the way. We found this very helpful, as we could both login as and when we wanted to, wherever we were.
Overall, our experience with Lewis Denley has been nothing but positive and we couldn't of asked for any more from the team, Victoria in particular. Thank you so much - highly recommend!

Lewis Denley dispelled the norm of solicitors being slow and unresponsive when you sell / buy houses, and the usual environment of having to chase daily. We did not have to chase them once and they were really helpful throughout all three dealing we had with them this year.

We had a very positive experience with Lewis Denley Solicitors for the purchase of our new home. We were always confident that any and all queries would be answered promptly.

Anna and Victoria were very professional, they were always clear to explain things and both ladies ensured that communication between them was always up to date. They were quick to inform us of any changes that took place or any paperwork that needed our immediate attention.They were very helpful and friendly and patient.
The only thing that we were not very impressed with was the portal, it wasn't very informative or up to date, otherwise our experience was a very good one.

We commissioned Lewis Denley for the purchase of our new home and they provided an excellent service throughout. As a first time buyer, I was anxious as I had heard stories about other people's negative experiences with their solicitors, but from the outset, the team at Lewis Denley were very efficient, kowledgable and professional. I never had to chase them, it was the other way around! It was an incredibly smooth process and almost everything was dealt with electronically which not only is great for the environment, it saved a lot of time and was very convenient as I travel a lot for work, so I had easy access. I have recommended them to friends and family. Thanks again to the team!

We have used Lewis Denly Solicitors on a number of occasions and have been so pleased and impressed with their efficiency and speed in dealing with us that we have had no hesitation in recommending them to all our friends and family.

I can honestly say not one thing was too much trouble for Natasha, she was an absolute star through the whole selling & buying process and went above and beyond her own responsibilities when we were faced with issues on our related sale even to the point of satisfying enquiries with the solicitor at the bottom of the chain, due to our buyers solicitor being obstructive. Well done to you Natasha for your perseverance and remaining completely professional during what was a very frustrating transaction. Thankyou from us both, we love our new home, Emma & Ben
