Initially, it took a little time for the right person to take the file on and start working it.

That's where the minor criticism ends.

From there, Rachel Aldridge has taken control of the whole process, relentlessly chasing without anything being a trouble. She has single-handedly ensured the transaction actually happened in the face of failure due to less efficient parties in the chain.

If you want someone who answers the phone, works beyond 5pm, answers before 9am and dynamically and diligently works with a can-do attitude, look no further.

An absolute credit to Lewis Denley, and so thankful for her support.

My partner and I used Lewis Denley for a recent house purchase. It wasn’t the most straight forward purchase and took a long time to complete. However the Lewis Denley team were great, they were patient and knowledgable and answered all our questions. Buying a property is a difficult time so it’s reassuring when you have supportive solicitors.

I almost forgot to write this review, but the service was so good and memorable that it just struck me to do this.

I contacted Katie Dunstall right at the start of April, with all the pressures of the end of the stamp duty holiday being on. Katie was absolutely superb and really proactive and on the ball all the time. She was always two steps ahead of us - we never ever had to prompt her to do anything and she always knew the right thing to do at the right time to make things move super smoothly. Despite having a really, really difficult buyer (she took care of our sale and purchase), she was totally ready for the end of the stamp duty holiday (I know that she worked tirelessly behind the scenes without us noticing).

This is my second property purchase in the UK and by far, this was the easiest transaction ever.

I don't think 5 stars actually justify the great service we received. I cannot recommend Katie enough. Thank you, thank you - even though it's late, we still appreciate the absolutely amazing service we received.
