We had a problem with blinds that Lex fitted for us in Poole. A new motor needed. We had problems trying to fit them and reprogram the remotes. I spoke with Sandra on several occasions to try and get help. They were more than helpful. She sent us a “how to” video and eventually we managed to get it done. Sandra telephoned us the following day to find out if everything was ok. Makes a change to have good PR! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, we’ve had our whole house done by Lex.
Straight away we were really impressed with Oris who came to measure up. His knowledge about the products made our decision easy.
Sandra at the front desk was also great, professional and efficient.
The guys who came to install were tidy and polite.

Terrible customer service following complaint. Blinds measured wrong and when originals were fitted I was left without being able to open my window's which was a fire hazard. Months of no contact and an assumption of when they were being replaced without checking. 6 appointments in total. Would never use again.

As i can't reply direct - Your response is more detailed than I've ever received but still factually incorrect. I reiterate, i won't be using Lex Blinds again or ever recommend.

From start to finish I have had a wonderful and attentive team to help me select and have appropriately installed outside roller blinds. The team who installed the blinds worked professionally throughout. Very clean and thorough. Not often you can say well done and thank you for the experience. A very satisfied customer.

From our first contact with Lex Blinds from taking measurements to final installation We cannot speak too highly of the service provided. We were given a date for installation which was adhered to we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The staff who actually installed our blinds were professional polite and cheerful and also removed their footwear of their own volition. We would definitely use their services again and have already recommended them.

Just like to say how impressed we were with the way all staff handled the delivery, installation and management of our new awning. They are all polite, helpful and professional in every way. There were a few problems with the installation of our awning, but these were overcome by the desire of the team to get it right. We have a good product, which we are very happy with. I would recommend Lexblinds to anyone for any of the products and services they offer.

We ordered some blinds for the kitchen earlier this year. The blinds arrived and were fitted quickly and efficiently. The fitter noticed that one of the blinds had been made to short, so immediately contacted his base to let them know and said a new one would be ordered. He was able to leave all the blinds in situ, until the new ones arrived. The matter was dealt with, with very little inconvenience to us. The company always kept us up to date with what was going on and we’re very professional. The fitter was brilliant. We now have 3 perfect blinds and are very happy.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, or recommend them to anyone.

After an unfortunate experience with a different supplier, it was a pleasure throughout dealing with Lex Blinds. They recently fitted a motorised external blind for us which looks good, is very effective, and operates really smoothly, all for a fair price. If only all companies were like this. Thank you.

Am impressed with the service. Lex Blind delayed doing the blinds previously and when I called them again, they were very sincerely apologetic. .. 'covid times'. The guy came back to take measurements and he was super friendly and the fitter who did the fitting today was absolutely 💯 % amazing and super efficient. Also, Sandra at the office was super efficient in dealing with the queries on phone when I needed clarification. I would definitely recommend them. Good range of blinds in stock. Great look to our rooms. Thank you⭐🌟

I had Lex Blinds fitted last week 28-5-2022 in 2 of my bedrooms and the result was outstanding. The fitter’s name was Aiden and he was so professional and efficient and very genuine. He was also very polite and he respected my house. He had a little problem on the second window but in minutes he was able to continue the work like a true professional. He tidied up after all the work was done and he took away my old blinds which was a bonus. I am very happy with my new blinds. They are really good quality and great value for money.

I would definitely recommend Lex Blinds to all my family and friends.
