DO NOT BUY FROM STUDIO LEXI

WARNING: Do NOT buy anything from this company!!! They stole from me. My card was charged but no tracking number and NO DRESS!! I contacted them by their contact page and info was passed to the warehouse (so they say). I never heard back from them after messaging them several more times via every means I could find. I can't believe they are even still in business as I see these reviews say they have scammed others. I will make a point to make sure everyone I know does not patronize this company. Unacceptable. Period. Shame on you Studio Lexi. What an awful experience.

Wedding dress order from USA bride

I ordered a dress for my wedding. It came in too big (my mistake in sizing) so I returned and reordered. When I checked on my reorder, I was told there was a small mark on the LAST dress in that size and they didn’t want me to get a defective dress. I loved the dress so much I said to send it anyways. They gave me a small discount to cover the cost of dry cleaning. When I got the dress it was GORGEOUS AND PERFECT! The mark was nearly non-existent and they still cared enough to protect my big day. The quality is great, the team was SO kind and communicative, and I cannot wait to wear the dress on my wedding day!
My only recommendation is to accurately take your measurements and plan for about a week of shipping (which is actually pretty quick to the US).

The Estelle dress has such little…

The Estelle dress has such little fabric (not long enough) covering the bust area that it isn't wearable. Avoid this model unless you have a small cup size. The dresses are not terrible quality, but having to return the package is such a hassle and expensive at your own cost, and if it means losing any money such as earlier customers declare, then to be honest I'll just keep what I ordered and resell in the UK. Also, be warned, for an order of 350 GBP you need to pay about 150 GBP in customs fees. be mindful when ordering.

They don’t issue refunds - they keep the item and your money

Awful experience with this company.
Bought something for my daughter which ended up being cheap rubbish. Sent it back for a refund, at my own cost, got the notification it had been receipted by Lexi. Emailed and asked when to expect the refund and was referred to their refund policy. Six weeks later nothing despite contacting them a few times. Have had to claim the money from my credit card company. What scammers

False Advertising

Website said my item was in stock and that in stock items would be shipped the following business day, two weeks following payment I've received no information and the dress has not been shipped. When I emailed LEXI they responded saying they experienced slight delays, adjusted the website to list my item as out of stock, and that it would arrive the following month. Paying $400 plus express shipping costs only for an item not to arrive for the event when given ample time is unacceptable.

International buyers beware

Bought 3 x dresses from Lexi, with delivery to the UK. £639, plus £15 delivery charge - easy enough and the website is very much geared towards international delivery.

I then receive a call from DHL requesting £230 import fees. I completely acknowledge I should have looked into this further, but I’d previously contacted Lexi about delivery to the UK and they made no mention the fee would be this extortionate.

I contacted them requesting they cancel the order, no response. I got hold of DHL and luckily got an email address I could cancel the order through. Lexi informed me I’ll be charged £50 for the return of the items. (Days after original contact), had I not contacted DHL I have no doubt the dresses would have reached the UK and I would have had no option but to ultimately pay the £230 due to Lexi’s T&C’s.

Again, I understand it’s my error, but if a business so easily ships internationally I feel there should be more communication from the business to make customers aware of the high import fees (which they’re clearly aware of, even though they state on their website they’re not).

Now looking at reviews about the quality, I’m glad I cancelled the items.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality, horrible fabric. Stitches pulled everywhere, cheap buttons, not a drop of care has gone into making this dress. It is not worth the money, even on sale.

I’m not happy I paid for next day…

I’m not happy I paid for next day delivery my order hasent coke was promised it would come on Tuesday after writing a review by owner it’s not arrived by the lool of all the reviews something seems strange I haven’t recieved my next day delivery charge back and it was promised for the 3rd time to come by a different courier this time and now it’s cancelled it’s been 2 weeks now

Cheap dress

Cheap dress. Spent over $300 on a dress that was bad quality, poorly made and faulty. Customer service refused to believe there was an issue and after many emails back and forth they finally agreed to refund me…10% of the dress. Not even enough to cover the alterations to the faults. Do not recommend

Very very poor quality clothing

Very very poor quality clothing. Spoken to the manager and he was very rude and told me I had done something to his product. It was only a hoodie and overspoken me and didn't let me speak and didn't resolve my issue. Very unprofessional behaviour and no customer skills what so ever. Avoid at all costs it's market clothing that's why it is falling apart and overcharging as is cheaper for their clothes elsewhere for market cheap material.
