Point system is frustrating
I really like Lexjet and the products and anytime I’ve called for help I’ve always gotten good assistance and advice. My only problem is that I am just an individual and do very small business products and projects so I don’t go through paper and ink as fast as other places would, so I never get to accumulate any buying points. By the time I am ready to buy something else my points have expired. The points don’t add up to a whole lot, just a dollar off for every hundred spent, so it doesn’t seem like it would be a hardship on Lexjets part to let them stand for longer, and any savings would be nice and very appreciated. In the last couple years I’ve lost a little over $5. Not a lot but any little bit helps.
