Best Answering Service for Law Firms!

I run a law firm with high volume in Raleigh, NC (The Mack Law Firm). I recently switched to LexReception from another company and have been so pleased with the service! Crystal and Bambi are quick and attentive. My law firm gets a lot of incoming calls daily and the company does a fantastic job keeping up with them. The individuals answering are prompt and very nice. I have had no complaints!

4 hours of troubleshooting solved in 15 minutes

I have been a customer of Lex for years, but I recently updated my lines and encountered a lot of difficulty trying to transfer them myself, especially during the holidays when I would be closed and needed call answering the most. After spending four hours trying to get it right, I decided to call for help. Not only did they have a solution, but they also resolved the issue in just 15 minutes. I’m thankful that I can now relax during the holidays, knowing my calls are being forwarded properly.

Couldn't be happier!

After experiencing some issues with our prior call answering service, we made the switch to Lex. The transition was extremely smooth and I've experienced nothing but great customer service! The agents are capable, kind and follow the prompts given. I really appreciate having one dedicated account manager, unlike with the previous company who had someone different respond every time I reached out. Our account manager has been very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Lex Reception to anyone looking for help answering calls!
