Nimisha is the best!

Nimisha was wonderful. I explained the situation on an email and she called me back. She informed me EXACTLY what I needed, plus provided me with additional information to help me with my problem. She was wonderful, friendly and kind. Went above and beyond what I was expecting! 5 Stars to her!!!

Flora's personal involvement made a difference

We have come to expect excellent service and support from LEX Reception, and we're glad that Flora fulfilled our expectations. She remained vigilante in finding a solution to a challenge that took some real commitment to resolve. Flora's communication over the term of the resolution was consistent. We were never in the dark about what was being done. And, as always, we were exceedingly happy with the outcome.

Quality service
