The overall experience was excellent
The overall experience was excellent. During the free consultation, I spoke with Ophélie, and everything went smoothly while completing the forms. There was a hiccup when my file was initially assigned to the administrative department, which left me dissatisfied. However, the CEO of Lexstart, Simon, promptly addressed my concerns, and Zoe, a lawyer at the company, took charge of my file from start to finish. Simon and Zoe provided a top-notch experience that made me forget about the initial issue. It shows that Simon was able to turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied and returning one, which demonstrates effective CEO leadership (learning lesson for us starters! Thx for the little mentorship Simon!). Zoé guided me through the entire process, explaining every detail and ensuring all my questions were addressed. She drafted the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and general conditions, allowing me to review and provide input. Once adjustments were made, she promptly delivered the final versions. I’m genuinely pleased! I’ll be a returning customer for sure and will refer others to you!
