Public Review and Warning Regarding

Public Review and Warning Regarding Mr. Mahmud Hasan from LEXWIN Solicitors (London, UK)

Dear readers, especially those residing in London and across the United Kingdom,

I am writing this public review to raise serious concerns and warn others about Mr. Mahmud Hasan, a solicitor and so-called barrister affiliated with LEXWIN Solicitors, located at 102–105 Whitechapel High Street, 3rd Floor, London, E1 7RA. The office can be reached via telephone at 0208 077 2443

Mr. Mahmud Hasan was involved in managing my parents’ legal case related to their application with the Home Office. From my direct experience, I must sadly inform others that he provided misleading, dishonest, and unprofessional legal advice throughout the process. His actions not only jeopardized my parents’ case but also caused emotional distress, financial loss, and unnecessary delays.

Key Issues:

False Promises and Misleading Information
Mr. Hasan repeatedly gave us incorrect legal advice and unrealistic assurances, which were not based on UK immigration law or procedures. These false claims were made deliberately, in my opinion, to secure payment rather than provide genuine assistance.

Lack of Transparency
At no point did he clearly explain the legal process, timelines, or actual status of the application. Every attempt to request clarity was met with vague or evasive responses.

Financial Exploitation
After taking substantial fees, Mr. Hasan failed to deliver even the most basic expected services. He used legal jargon and scare tactics to pressure further payments, exploiting the vulnerability of individuals and families in desperate situations.

Use of Third Parties from Abroad
Shockingly, individuals allegedly connected to Mr. Hasan contacted us through WhatsApp and phone calls from Bangladesh, asking for further payments.

Pattern of Behavior
Upon further research and communication with others, I discovered that multiple people have experienced similar issues with LEXWIN Solicitors and Mr. Hasan. Several victims describe being ripped off, misled, and financially exploited by this firm. These are not isolated incidents.

My Conclusion:

Mr. Mahmud Hasan and his practice at LEXWIN Solicitors should not be trusted. In my view, he is not acting in the best interest of clients but rather using his legal position to deceive, mislead, and exploit vulnerable people for financial gain.

What You Can Do:

Avoid using his services.

Report any misconduct to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) if you have been a victim.

Spread awareness to protect others from falling into the same trap.

Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope it helps others avoid the same mistake and seek trustworthy, ethical legal support.

Sincerely,
Muneer Ahmed from Yemen
