I really loved how LGB did the work. They accommodated my needs (3 cats, I lost 2 in 2025), they were very kind and understanding my severe anxiety. I would like to praise all of the crew, however, I remember just one, Lee (apologies to others). I had a tiny issue, reported and attended instantly by Lee.

LGB Heating installed an air source heat pump for us plus a new set of radiators/full re-plumbing. Absolutely amazing service from Sam's initial assessment/heat calculation through removal of the old gas boiler system to installation of the new. Friendly, knowledgeable and hard working team: Craig, Dylan, Clive, Ethan to name a few (sorry can't remember all the names). The quality of the work is top notch and the team left no mess. I am very pleased that I chose LGB Heating for our heat pump installation and totally recommend them. Thank you!!
The fitters were considerate, tidy and got on with the job - finishing it right according to the quote.
Couldn't fault the service provided. Neat pipework, polite, my house was left clean and boiler was replaced within a day including flushing.
