This company is just fantastic.
They serviced our boiler annually, and reminded us we when it needed to be done.
They helped us remedy the fact installation paperwork, from a different company. was incomplete and they helped us rectify that.
They arrive very promptly; engineers are efficient, so polite and professional and walk the extra mile to help with extra issues.
Kerri, in the office, is just wonderful: efficient; highly professional, very kind; remembers her customers and has helped so much with individual needs we've had. Their paper trails and receipts are excellent.

We thought that we would need to replace the boiler but LGH sent someone out to inspect it and they found that it just needed a replacement part. They duly done the required work at a good price. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

I have had a good and professional experience with Lgh ltd. I book them for my annual heating checks and for all plumbing work. To be honest, I can't trust anyone else even when they are busy.

I had a really good experience with LGH Plumbing & Heating from start to finish. They were quick to come out and diagnose the issue with my old boiler, and I was very impressed by how efficiently they arranged the replacement in such a short period of time. The installation itself was carried out professionally and to a high standard, they ensured everything was left spotless before leaving and also gave me a full demonstration on how to operate the new boiler. The administration team were also really good, they responded quickly and were always happy to answer answer my questions. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

LGH installed our Baxi boiler 5 years ago and they have serviced it every year. The admin team and the heating engineer are all very friendly, helpful, professional, efficient and respectful, it was a pleasure to deal with them. We are very grateful to them and would highly recommend them.

I have used LGH many times over the past 8 years both for my own home and my rental property and have to say I have never been disappointed. The first contact with the admin team is excellent, they are both friendly and proficient. The technical team (whether heating or plumbing engineers) are also excellent and very respectful of your home while while they set about doing the job in hand. A 5 star company! Well done LGH.
