Ordered a 2026 Daytona 500 Official…

Ordered a 2026 Daytona 500 Official Program 1:24 Diecast from the Pit Shop Official Gear store operated by Legends Global Merchandise.

I placed the order well before the race so I could bring the diecast with me to Daytona and have it signed during race weekend. Unfortunately, the order was not shipped until the day before the Daytona 500, after I had already traveled to Florida.

Because of the late shipping, I had to purchase another diecast at the track just to have something available for autographs.

For merchandise specifically tied to the Daytona 500, shipping it this late makes it nearly impossible for customers to receive it in time for the event. That was very disappointing and defeats the purpose of ordering event merchandise ahead of the race.

I hope the company improves their shipping timelines for event-specific merchandise in the future. I would appreciate Pit Shop Official Gear or Legends Global Merchandise contacting me directly to resolve this situation since the delayed shipping required me to purchase another diecast at the Daytona 500.
