Poor service

Unreliable, didn't turn up when promised, several times, and twice delayed the booked start date, which had a knock-on effect on other trades. Installed new oil boiler but did it wrong so the boiler couldn't be commissioned and left me without hot water for 3 weeks. Terrible customer service. No apology, no empathy, just shrugged shoulders and said I had to live with it. Took copper pipes from my old radiators without permission. Final invoice didn't match quote, and instead of discussing it in a mature and polite manner they issued court proceedings without warning for alleged outstanding debt. There are many other things too, but these are the main ones
