Scammed by an insurance company???

I filled out the application, when asking me to in put my phone number (some how they came up with a sensored phone number from my email address) which isn't my phone number so I couldn't even verify it! So I checked out with my card details as a guest because I couldn't verify a phone number I don't have and then the money was instantly deducted from my bank account and the website then immediately showed up a message saying "APPLICATION ERROR" WOW! you took my money before u could tell me there was an error with the application! I have no emails to confirm this NOTHING! All I have is the banking transaction to prove this and no money and no insurance that I just got scammed by! Somebody needs to help me now please.
