Liberro Electronic Cigarettes 

Product is normally ok, have had a cartomiser not work and a battery that you have to press hard to vape. Delivery said it would be shipped same/next day on a 48hr service but didn't receive for 5 working days. Could have been a Royal Mail problem however.

no hassel service was promt , post service was excellent.

I feel very self-conscious with a big vaper but Realis look and feel like ordinary cigs - so much so that I still try to flick the ash!!

I've been a customer of Liberro for many years and am very happy with the service.

I have used Liberro on a few occasions and I must say that I find them very good value for money. I always receive my orders pretty quickly. My favourite e liquid is Blueberry Twist.. closely followed by maple cured. And on the 2 occasions I've called for advice the staff have been very friendly and efficient.

I found the web site easy to use and the process of buying the necessary items I needed very simple, delivery was quick and everything was in order.

I usually vape with the "cigarette " style and this is my first day with the Amo. Obviously a bit bigger and heavier than the cigarette style, and keep forgetting to use the button but getter a bigger and more consistent hit of nicotine. I think it will be a bit cheaper too. Using the Knightsbridge liquid which is ok, possibly a bit sweet, so may try some others in the future. All in all quite pleased with this purchase. Only given 4 stars as this is my first purchase.

The service I got was good. My battery cover I ordered is great, though the lanyard that came with is was very pathetic. I was surprised that the order came via tracked mail, which I liked. And delivery was quick.

I've been vaping for almost 4 years now, I shop with various suppliers for different products and different reasons.... Many provide free shipping or fairly cheap shipping, which I look for in a seller of E products.
However I started out early with liberro, and even though i've moved on to different devices, I can't forget the delight that is their Maple Cured E-juice!
I've tried so many different flavours, some which have also become firm favourites, however nothing has ever been as truly delicious as this flavour!
I can't stand maple syrup in real life, yet I can't get enough of this....
It is quite a complex dessert style flavour and its what keeps me coming back to Liberro.
Please don't ever stop making it!!!!

The location of the Liberro shop is very convenient for me. It is in town, near my workplace. To be honest, I had not noticed the shop. My sister spotted it, when she visited from Canada. She and I are now enjoying ecigs. And feel our health has improved significantly. I wish I had known about it sooner. Perhaps there is something that could be done differently, with the shop front, to make it stand out more, and for people to recognize what product is for sale there.

The staff are always very welcoming and helpful.

There is a good variety of flavours for me to choose from. The girl assured me that the devices were clean, and I could feel free to try as many as i liked. She explained what was what, ie, tobacco flavours, fruity flavours, new flavours, and nicotine strengths. It was so easy!

My most recent purchase was a new flavour, Banoffee, which i am delighted with.

This is the best company that I have yet dealt with since starting to vape. The communications that they provide at every stage of your order is second to none ,and with free delivery too. Customer services were pleasant and able to answer my questions well when I rang for some clarification. I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys

E cigarette is great, not touched tobacco in 3 weeks & I use the e cigarette a lot less too. Flavours are very good. Tried a cheaper fluid from my local shop & it tasted awful so you get what you pay for. Service was excellent.
