I really cannot say enough positive things about Libertas and the team. In particular Randy and Ryan who helped us tremendously through not one but two of our companies. At a time of tremendous growth for our organizations, Ryan and Randy stepped up and helped us deliver critical working capital needs. We Are Forever grateful for their help.

Libertas moves fast through a streamlined diligence process and underwriting focuses on key Q&A items to drive toward closings.

Libertas regularly expresses the importance of the customer and its personal credit history between and with them, as a backbone to refinances. Relationship builders for sure ! The team members have long-term memories toward additional loans stacked or refinancing requests. Upon a greenlight to close, Libertas has immediate access to capital to fund, and does not have to "go get it in the market" as many others must, thus no delays.

Libertas has the ability to ​work through loan administrative challenges or standard ratios, to create sophisticated structured deals to meet the company's objectives. You receive the benefit of their ability to ​quickly ​think well outside the box ​​to drive ​these ​deals ​to a fast closing and funding. Once they give you their word that a deal is good to go, then it's gold and the legal documents reflect the arrangement -- without any surprises. For growth capital or bridge financing, I would​ absolutely make sure to always speak to Libertas, especially Randy before closing with any other firm !

We have been working with Libertas in the past few years for several rounds of fundings. Our experience has been very satisfactory over all. The teams were professional and courteous, the process was efficient and transparent. I like their style of being thorough but at the same time no-time-wasted.
