They have great discounts for seniors and veterans. Robert Miller enrolled me for their best coverage plan. No deductible with free & tire package. He was very professional and informative. Thank you Robert and Liberty Bell.

I purchased the warranty service from them this week. Did speak to them a few times about warranty coverage questions. their customer service and transparency levels have been great. They are very clear about coverage limitations and claim procedures. They provide me veteran discount pricing. They have very good customer service reviews, especially with claims experience.

Unable to contact

I paid for this warrante 6 months ago, need to use it now. I originally called them December 3rd to open a claim finally got ahold of someone a week later, but now I am unable to get through to them. The auto repair place has tried calling and has had no luck getting through as well. I've spent a total of 4 hours on hold, and have sent an email. I am not comfortable driving my car at this point without repair and I'm now at their mercy. Very disappointing

The review contents are false. The customer is disappointed due to the claim denial of non-covered components such as TPMS and Cross Brace. He did not review the vehicle service contract for detailed information about the coverage details and limitations. This is his second duplicate negative review in 6 days. We have already replied to his previous review. Thank you.

This is my third policy with Liberty Bell

We bought our third policy today. I am so far satisfied with their coverage, claims handling and customer service of current two policies. From my experience, Liberty bell is much better than other car warranty companies.

BUYER BE WARE

BUYER BEWARE: I PURCHASED THIS POLICY IN 10/19, AND PAID $1150.00 FOR 2 YEARS AND IN 11/20,
I PURCHASED ANOTHER VEHICLE. I CALL LIBERTY BELL AND ASKED FOR A REBATE ON THE TIME i HAD LEFT IN MY POLICY WHICH I WAS TOLD I COULD DO.
THEY TOLD ME I HAD NO MONEY LEFT IN MY REFUND???, I THEN TOLD THEM I WOULD KEEP THE POLICY AND PASS IT ON TO THE NEW OWNER??? THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE HIGH PRESSURED SALESMAN ( JACOB) THAT SOLD THE POLICY TO ME. AND IT ALSO STATES IN THE CONTRACT YOU CAN RECEIVE A REBATE UPON EARLY SALE OF YOUR VEHICLE.

SO THE BOTTOM LINE DON'T BUY ANY POLICY,
FROM LIBERTY BELL.

Bought a second policy today

So far they have covered 3 claims within the last 2 years. I did pay a deductible of $100 for each claim. Still, I saved a ton of money due to Liberty Bell Auto warranty coverage. Today I did purchase another policy for my daughter's car. just want her to save money on auto repairs. I did get a multiple policy discount and special cyber week pricing on the second policy.

We are pleased with our decision to…

We are pleased with our decision to sign up with Liberty Bell Auto for an extended warranty for our Ford Edge. Once our factory warranty expired, we wanted to avoid any future unexpected auto repair bills. As a retired couple, we will not be able to afford it. We recently had to file a claim for a defective sunroof motor and they entirely covered the cost. Liberty Bell has very reasonably priced warranty plans. So their warranty did save money.

Scammers well actually one man scammer

For one this website wasn’t even here for you to put reviews back in September and for two it’s a scam I put a lot of money down then I called them and told them that my car started to make a noise so the guy told me to take it to the dealership the dealership of my car so I took it to a Dodge dealership of course they told me I had to get a rental my car was in the shop for two weeks just for diagnosis when the dealership called to tell them what was wrong with my car the guy wouldn’t even let him explain exactly what was wrong and denied it right away. The salesman and the manager of the service center told me they’ve never dealt with Liberty Bell and never heard of Liberty Bell so they know it’s a scam. And thank God they’re willing to work with me to get all my money back from this crooked company. Also if anyone else has notice every time you call you speak to the same person and his name is Frank. Even when you call and have to wait on hold for 45 minutes it’s still Frank the same guy that answers the phone. The dealership told me the same thing it was the same guy. When you deal with warranty companies it’s always multiple people you speak too. So please do not buy from this company it’s a big scam they take from money from your bank account every month plus the big down payment or whatever you decide to go with I went with the platinum the big one and then when you actually need something small done to your car they deny it when it says it’s approved on the contract then they said 30 days moneyback guarantee and they didn’t give me my money back the guy was very rude. It’s funny how this review has been out for a while now and he wants to come back and say it was a pre-existing issue no it was not the dealership even said it wasn’t it was a recall they paid for the recall and the part that was covered you denied and it wasn’t pre-existing because my car wasn’t damaged. I went over your fake warranty 1 million times I even called you you’re the one that told me to take it in. So you can keep lying all you want because everyone else on here as saying the same thing and you just keep trying to put the blame on everyone else! Grow up and get a real job and stop stealing from hard-working people!

The contents of this review are not accurate. First of all, The consumer was on a monthly payment plan. Her claim was denied due to clear pre-existing issues related to physical impact damage of the car. Our extended auto warranty does not cover any pre-existing conditions in the vehicle. Also, the customer is not happy due to the claim denial of the car's harness component. She did not review the vehicle service contract for detailed information about the coverage options. As a responsible auto warranty company, we have to mention the correct facts. Thank you.

Fairly aggressive recruitment, indifferent follow-up.

Fairly aggressive recruitment, indifferent follow-up. Within two days of inquiry, received three emails from three agents, with substantially different quotes. Spoke with Frank Moore and Jeff Lewis: overall OK impression, if a little rushed. One nagging source of hesitation: the price was _very readily_ dropped to nearly half of what was initially quoted, with almost every condition immediately accepted, including term and mileage extension, and zero deductible. The resulting quotes were substantially lower than those from the competition; not sure how this works - are they intentionally quoting too high to then rapidly come down on price and reel you in? Are they quietly dropping items that are covered to offer super-competitive quotes (we all know how difficult point-by-point comparisons between companies are, and the agents will not help you with this)? As much as saving money is attractive, seeing the quotes this low has a somewhat unsettling effect. In the end, when the decision was made against working with Liberty Bell, no replies were received to a thank-you email. Again, may not be a big deal, however LB was the only company to not extend the courtesy of a follow-up. It is the little things that eventually shape the impression, and in this case it was rather lacking.

I just got my second claim covered by…

I just got my second claim covered by Liberty Bell for my Ford Explorer. Had some issues in the steering system. It took four days to fix my car. But Liberty paid the bill with the dealership. Just got my car back yesterday. I had to rent a car, but Liberty Bell promised to reimburse the cost since I have rental car coverage in my policy. It was relatively easy to deal with their service department.

Auto Warranty

Jeff Lewis was great! He explained my coverage and was not pushy. He worked very hard with his supervisor to match our other quotes. After a few phone calls, I signed up with Liberty Bell Auto. I would recommend them.

Used my extended warranty for the first time. I had to tow my car to the shop during the weekend. The next day the shop called liberty bell and took care of the issue after they approved the claim. No complaints. Good company! Thank You very much Liberty Bell and that’s coming from a veteran as well.

COMPLETE SCAM, GARBAGE SERVICE

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE PREIVOUS REVIEWS, THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. DENIED A CLAIM EVEN THOUGH THE PARTS WERE EXPLICITLY STATED AS BEING COVERED.

This company is cheap, yes. Are they good? No. They are not responsive at all during a claim, and need to be hounded to follow up with you or your dealer. Their claims process is absurd, and they find LITERALLY ANYTHING to deny a claim. Our Jeep was at a Jeep dealership and LBA wanted to send their own private inspector because apparently Jeep certified technicians don't know what they're talking about. I guess this private inspector is the Dark Wizard of auto repair and knows better than the Jeep technicians working on these cars every day.

We did the tear down for the inspector (they never sent) and they denied the claim. They're stating it's not covered because it's wear and tear. No engine made after 2000 has lifters fail at 100k miles. Not with perfect maintenance records. They will squirm however they can to get out of a payment. There is no appeals process, they deny and you get hosed.

To make things worse, you'll have to sit on hold for 30 minutes MINIMUM to talk to a representative. And you have to hound them. They never contacted us or called us during the claims process.

I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere for my next service plan.

Customer service

My husband has a warranty. They denied because he didn't sign a contract. They are taking payments out every month. He tried calling the customer service number and keeps telling him a representative will be with him shortly. He will be on hold for about 15 minutes then they will hang up. Bad customer service.

Stay away!

Purchased the Platinum Prime for my vehicle, took my car to the dealership to be diagnosed after hearing some noises from underneath. The dealership pointed out the issue and asked if I had a extended warranty on the car. The dealership called Liberty Bell Auto, explained the issue, and Liberty Bell denied the repair, claiming it was apart of the wear and tear. The service advisor pointed out that its not a wear and tear item, and its only replaced or serviced if there is mechanical issues to that part. My advisor pointed out that he was shocked that they denied the claim, and it is covered by most extended warranties.

I remember clearly the associate who sold me the plan, was doing everything to get the sale during my phone call. Even coming down by hundreds of dollars from the original quote if I signed up that day. Which I took the bait and now I realize, I made a mistake. Clearly its about making the sale, rather than providing a service.

Funny enough, when the rubber hits the road, as with all 'extended warranties', when the time comes to pay up for repairs, they will deny the repair.

Please be vigilant about the 'reviews' on Google and other review sites about their 5 star rating.
