Not a 5 star hotel

I paid 1000 for two nights + $200 for parking.
The room is extremely small and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The shower and sink are moldy.
The sheets had holes and were stained.
The curtains were dirty.
Scarce amenities. Shower dispensers did not work.
Bathroom outlets did not work.
Poor insulation, you can hear all the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.
No storage space for clothes.
Breakfast extremely poor for a "5 star luxury hotel". No vegan options when I was told at the front desk that there were.
Parking service is horrendous and practically ripped my car keys out of my hand and then refused to give them to me to get my luggage out of the car.
To top it off, after everything was paid for, hours later they stole 7 dollars from my credit card without giving me any explanation or sending me an invoice to see what they had charged.

This hotel is not "luxury" and it is not a 5 star hotel

This hotel is not "luxury" and it is not a 5 star hotel. We paid almost 1000 dollars per 2 nights + parking which was 71 dollars +TAX per night. The room is tiny and mediocre and cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. The most absurd thing is that we checked out and were confirmed that everything was settled with the bill and hours later they charged 7 dollars to my card for who knows what. I already escalated this to my credit card provider. Never again.
