I bought a great Liberty House kids table and chair set. It is really well made and great quality durable material and design. I think it is great value for money and the grandkids love it and use it for mealtimes an for playing at.
I recently had an issue and needed to contact the company directly. Their customer care team were second to none. Really friendly, professional and job done. Thank you so much.😊
I purchased the Liberty House Toy Kids White Toddler Bed for my 3-year-old, and I am extremely disappointed. The legs keep breaking, which is a major safety hazard for young children. The design is very poor, with flimsy triangle holders that are not strong enough to support the bed properly. It’s shocking that a product marketed for toddlers can be this unsafe.
This is a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I’ve already left a review on Amazon to warn others, but this issue needs to be addressed. A children’s product should be safe and durable, and this bed is neither.

I assume the bed was purchased directly from Amazon, did you speak with them with regards to a solution to the problem, did they offer any advice? Amazon have a very good returns policy

Poor quality, came chipped all over, also one set of screws didn't match. I called and someone called Jenny said nothing can be done because it was bought from Amazon. I'd given 0 stars if it was possible.

There was faulty nothing holing the step in so your saying I can't get a refund on something I got fir my sons birthday coz I brought it weeks ago I sent the same photos look at the steps missing clip ons you can awe clearly it's dirty so I'm not aloud to buy my sons birthday stuff early this nice to know put that on ur website no rie ds if u get faulty stuff ofter 14vdats complete joke
