SCAM cheap poor quality Chinese junk. Any of the good reviews are by Bots. Reported to bank and Trading standards. Facebook should be ashamed to support this advertising of a Leather product with free returns, when it’s cheap plastic with Chinese packaging

This company is a total SCAM. The bag is not leather, is very low quality and totally not worth £39.99. Nowhere in the advert did it mention that it was shipping from Australia, in which case I would not have ordered it. It also said there were free returns. I have now been offered either to return the bag to Australia at my own expense or to accept a 10% partial refund, neither of which is acceptable. Very angry and disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

My order has never been shipped and I've received no updates. I'm very concerned that this is just a scam.

Had my bag for 5 mths straps coming away from material, contacted library first they said they would replace now wants 19 dollars for shipping, wished I had returned bag when received, not leather at all, I could have purchased a better bag from Temu who’s products are far superior

I purchased a burgundy Libra handbag for $67 Canadian. I was disappointed with the quality. It is not as advertised. Looks cheap. No name plate on it. No where on the bag does it say it is leather. As well I did not get a confirmation of the order when I placed the order. Finally to track the order there is something called Shop which is not responsive. Overall a very poor process. This company should be taken off the market. For 2025, product is unacceptable.

The bag is okay, nothing extra special that you couldn't buy at a local box store. The free returns are not free. Based on where you are located it could be a very costly return. For those in the US, you must pay to ship it to Australia (ends up costing as much as the bag).

Please be advised that your money is likely to disappear and the product is NOT what they advertise. When attempting to obtain a refund, an AI chat called "Emily Green" says for full refund, return item to Australia (from UK). NOT LEATHER. NOT QUALITY. A SCAM
