Mess
Tried to place an order twice while using a coupon code, and both times one of the books became "unavailable", causing the order to go under the coupon threshold and ending up paying more. You can't add books to the order without paying for shipping, and even if you do you can't reapply coupons. A total mess.

Great second hand books and service at great prices
Bought multiple times frome them, and always a great service considering the price you get books for.
I really want to give credit to this site and the service they offer
I always used to buy used books, they all came in good conditions at an exceptional price.
Website is a bit fiddly at times, delivery can take some time and not all the books ordered are always available (you won't be charged).
However, I use it to buy books in bulk to read over the year, and for what I need, I find the site and the service great

Don't buy used books from them, terrible shape.
Some of the used books I ordered were completely scribbled in, all the exercises were done, some in pen and marker. Another used book was excessively underlined. When I contacted their customer support they told me that was normal and in the fine print when ordering used books. Rechecked the fine print, turns out they dont accept used books with excessive underlining and pen marks, so I am feeling very robbed right now. If I want to return the books I have to pay for shipment myself, which is a lot as the books are heavy. Never ordering from them again, big mistake!

Great Place to Buy Books -- Even From America!
I am very pleased with the results. I collect books on ships and ocean liners and I am expanding my collection beyond English-language books. Your website is very easy to understand and navigate, even if one does not speak Italian. The books were delivered on time and the tracking was as if the books were coming from another state not another country. Bravo!
