Please let me explain your misunderstanding about us. We have 2 payment gateways, Direct transfer for PayPal customers and Stripe for debit/credit card customers. So if you have already paid by credit card, please ignore the email about PayPal.
We always refund customers who pay twice via PayPal after they pay by card. Regarding your order, our system has an issue so it does not send us an email for your order. I just found it on another email. Hope you understand. You can check your email to get the download link. Sorry for this inconvenience.
