In my tired state after spending the…

In my tired state after spending the weekend moving house I accidentally paid them for a tv licence. I realised a few days later what I had done. I used to online chat to demand a refund or I would report them for fraud. To my surprise I received a full refund a few days later no questions asked.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, I too have just been caught by the 16.50 and stupidly paid, luckily I was worried and emailed them immediately and they have agreed a refund.
I have also told them they are risking scamming elderly people and also the vulnerable, which is disgraceful.
This site should be shut down immediately if they are not going to run a legitimate business without fraud. Sadly their terms and conditions mean that if you have paid out you are pretty stuck to get the money back. Luckily I had just paid and phoned the bank immediately to put a stop on the payment which they could not do but agreed if the payment was taken they would dispute it.
WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY IT is a scam

These people are genuine Frauds-Dont Touch them

Yes if there was a '0' I would give them 0.

Nearly got done last night thinking that it was the official change of address TV Licence site and escaped because I used the wrong card. Unfortunately they took down my mobile & email address and that does worry me. They also seem to have access to the Licence Numbers when you put in the Licence details.
Is this not a major breach of Data and the fact that the Official Site know about this and despite this they have not stopped it.
Come on BBC and Police stop this website operating as it is run by fraudsters.
Google and our Official TV Licence people should be ashamed about not blocking this site altogether off the internet as they are clearly scammers taking people for a ride.

I feel a bit stupid writing this

I feel a bit stupid writing this, but I Googled TV Licensing to change my address, this website came up and I paid them £16.50 to change my address. While I was thinking it was a disgrace that TV Licensing charged that much to change an address, the penny dropped that I had been done. I changed my address myself on the correct website, and asked Licenceplus not to bother, but they took payment for doing nothing and ignored my messages. I contacted my credit card company and they said I should get my money back if I raise a grievance (with the credit card company) but I'm not holding my breath

This company have absolutely nothing to…

This company have absolutely nothing to do with the legitimate TV licence company. I used them by complete accident as they came up first on google search. I have now realised as I have received a red letter from the authorities stating I do not have a TV licence. Upon contacting this company they are saying they cannot refund the payment due to the fact their merchant bank are in possession of the money and therefore I have to go through the Visa chargeback process!! Don't touch them, complete scammers

Caution This is an agent company and not the TV Licencing Authority

Licence Plus uses a Paid Google ad which brings their website to the top search result which effectively dupes people wanting to renew or change their TV licence into using their paid services. People will at first glance click on this site thinking they are getting through to the official licencing authority. Licence Plus is an agent with no connection to the licencing authority. A fact that is borne out by a warning on the TV licencing authority page naming Licence Plus specifically as not being affiliated to them. Big red flag that!!! Licence Plus will charge a premium fee to submit your personal and financial details to the authority.....which you can do yourself for free!!!

With many bad reviews and warnings online about Licence Plus it is a worry that they will have your banking/card details. Be very cautious about using this site to deal with TV Licencing.

Shocking that a company like this is…

Shocking that a company like this is allowed to trade. They pay Google to be placed as a top hit if you search on TV licence change address and have a very legitimate looking website. They are nothing more than a scam. They provide no service that is not provided elsewhere for free,

Scam Website

Scam website - not approved or authorised by the official TV licensing organization (tvlicensing.co.uk). Licence Plus simply charge a signifcant premium for processing a TV license application on your behalf - without delivering any added value.
