I found the setup process quite challenging at first, but once I reached the right customer service team, everything became easy. I'm not a computer expert, so they kindly installed the program remotely via AnyDesk with my permission. Their support was professional, patient, and very helpful. Thank you for the excellent service!

Got Office 24 with the key and manual—super easy to install and activate. The step-by-step guide made it simple. Works great, and I’m so glad to stop paying for the yearly subscription. Saved a lot!

I bought a Microsoft Office Pro 2021 key from licengo.com at an excellent price. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

MS Office activation key only worked for a few days and was deactivated. smells like fraud.

Update: The Support team responded fairly quickly and corrected the issue. this was really good and shows that it was not fraud. However, a communication I received requested that I update my review and actually included a line threatening legal action as an option if I don't update citing potential damage to their company. Unnecessary

Never received product key. Total scam, do not trust them plus they are based in London which incurred foreign transaction fee on your credit card. I should have performed better research before purchasing, no way to dispute change via credit card company.
Update 7/11/25: Received product key from Licengo support. The website using "Link" is definitely broken as it will not send the key automatically. You will need to contact Licengo support separately.

Every license key that i have bought has worked fine and their customer support was supper fast, thanks a lot.

UPDATE, THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND, THEY DID NOT. my fault for trusting them when they said they will refund. After buying the license key, I emailed them as there was no confirmation or key after 5hours. It code did not work went it was sent 24 hours later. I emailed then and they tried to resolve it. The one way they said it would work was by remote access which I was not willing to do.

I bought a windows 10 license key which arrived in an email in no time!

Just bought licence for Office Pro 2024 LTSC, and the support team helped me promptly and effectively when there were some glitches in the process. So not quite straightforward, but a great result and excellent support, and I'd happily buy here again and recommend to others.
